Location was perfect for exploring. Size if the apartment was perfect for our family. Safe and very clean.

Location
No ventilation in the room as in no fan or Ac- need atleast a fan. Lady was sweet but language is a barrier for non portuguese speakers. Had to walk 6 flight of stairs to get to my room on the 5th floor

Beds were hard, lumpy and wobbly, pillows were lumpy.
Kitchen could have a few more utensils (e.g. peeler, grater, sharp knives, small spoons)

Room had no windows! No windows! With a glass door that allowed a glaring light at night. No sleep!
Could have had the promised balcony mentioned in the reservation. Booking.com is not keeping its promises.

Good location, decent room for the price.
In advance I called to ask about parking options nearby, on the phone was an old woman who only spoke Portuguese and hung up after a minute. when we arrived, the same woman who only speaks Portuguese welcomed us. She refuses any form of communication in any other language and keeps speaking Portuguese, even tho we did not understand. I think if you advertise rooms for rent in English, then at least you should have someone there who speaks English… Somehow we did manage to find our room which was okay.

Location. Close to the bus station, beach, place to eat, sightseeing. Good price for private room with private bathroom.
I do not think they have a reception counter. Not sure if there are other staff who speaks English for proper check in because I went to early. Luckily a lady was cleaning the rooms. She did not speak English but my room was ready and I was able to leave my bag. I had a early bus to Porto next day. The main door was locked. The door still needs a key to open from the inside to go out. I left a key in my room but I had to go back and got a key to open the main door. I did not see key box anywhere. I had to leave the door unlocked and left a key behind the main door. I hope they found it. Check in and check out can be problem. If you have odd time to check in or check out, you'd better contact them before you arrive. Otherwise you get what you pay for.

Mattress very very uncomfortable
We couldn't sleep for the all nights and ended up leaving one day earlier because we had a massive back pain!
Complain to the lady in charge but we been told it was nothing they could do!
They always make you feel is your fault!
Internet is very poor too. Is slow! And the TV only got 4 channels!
For the 5 day's in there, no-one come and ask if we need clean sheets or bath towels. The floor as never clean while we there two! So we end up with sand from the beach all the time while in there aroud the room!
Bathroom not enough space to put your clothes and you can hear next door neighbour going for a pee too.
The place is noise too. Is people coming and going all the time. The condition they will give you is minimal!
Toilet rool was already been opened(only half they give us) and the lady never ask if we needed a new one!
Lost one night because they don't give you any refund anyway.
This place ruined our holiday!
The pictures don't match the rooms you are getting! Is all fake! I don't recommend this place to anyone!
While in shower the water gets cold and then hot and then cold and then.... You get the feeling!
And the all room have a strange smell! Like, they don't clean properly for a while and is just getting with a funny smell!
The blankets they don't even wash them at all!
Avoid, you will regret staying in there!

A individual studio apartment in a good location. Well equipped kitchen, clean towels and bathroom, friendly lady showed us around, good for a functional modest stay.
