Redelijk eenvoudig landelijk hotel, met uitstekende bedden en zeer vriendelijk personeel met een persoonlijke benadering. Aanrader!

A truly nice experience. It’s a lovely and hospitable place. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Friendly staff will let you know on whereabouts of Hogsby and the area. We had a nutritious breakfast served in a nice hotel restaurant. With a home made cake! There’s a well equipped kitchen and a social area at the hotel, so you can prepare your own meal if needed. A great place to stay at regardless if your just passing through or want to stick around.

Breakfast was good and early enough for my purposes. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and I liked to walk and look around.

In dinner I waited after main course for half and hour but dessert didn't come and nobody tell me how to get it so I left

It is a basic hotel which is ok for passing through for relatively low price but don't expect much. The room was very clean and the breakfast was also better/ less basic than the hotel rooms and building.

The building and the right where all hotel rooms are located are quite rundown. I showered at 930 and had cold water. Cars are on an unprotected parking and the busy street on the front of the hotel. It is very basic which should mean it should have been cheaper.

Very friendly, helpful and committed staff who will help with everything in their power (even driving you to a certain place when there was no bus available to go there), kitchen available (oven, stovetop, microwave etc.), comfy room with a big bed and a tv. A fridge is available as well. Beautiful view from the window.

When u arrive at Högsby (by train), there is no sidewalk to Staby (from the train station it is a 15min walk). There is a coop (a supermarket) on the way to the hotel. Thus u have to walk on a country road, which can be quite dangerous… That is not a problem with the Hotel, just the infrastructure in Sweden… Just be aware especially with luggage

The room was big and comfortable and the staff was calm, professional and friendly. The view was excellent and the facilities good. Great for families.

The location is very close to the main road, which meant some road noises during the day in an otherwise very rural experience.

Very good breakfast. There is an equipped kitchen that you can use. The staff was available in the evening as well. You can find a kettle and some Nescafe powder in the room. There is also a fly swatter in the room, which you need.

There were a lot of flies, but this is not the hotel's fault.
