Beautifully renovated second floor unit just steps from the beach. Large balcony overlooks beach and smaller balcony overlooks pool and hot tub. Easy walk to many dining options annd grocery store. Extremely friendly staff on premises 24 hours. Very safe. Excellent communication from owner. Will rent again and again. Perfect!

My family and I had a wonderful time on our family vacation. The condo was perfect! Wonderful location on Grace Bay and within a short walk to some great shops and restaurants (we loved the coffee from Lemon 2 Go and the açaí bowls from Crest & Berry). The condo was very spacious with plenty of room for my family of four. It was perfectly appointed and very clean...exactly as pictured. Beds were extremely comfortable. Fresh towels were brought daily. The balcony overlooking the ocean was a great way to start and end our days. We really enjoyed staying at Villa Renaissance...it was a smaller complex so it never felt busy, the staff were very nice, and we liked the option of the bar/lunch near the pool. We would definitely stay here again...everything about this stay was wonderful!

We can’t say enough about our stay at Villa Renaissance! The place was everything we could have asked for and more. There is no better view than the porch! The unit was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location near restaurants and shops is perfect. We visited with our 2 college aged children and really got to relax and spend time together. It was a wonderful vacation! Thanks to Christine for being a wonderful host and to Beverly for helping out when we needed assistance. You can’t go wrong staying here!

My family of three, including a teenager, loved this property! The views are even better in person, and the condo itself is in wonderful condition. Everything has been well-maintained and looks just like - or better than - the listing photos. Christine was prompt in responding to my questions, arranged the setup we requested for the second bedroom, and shared some local recommendations in advance of our trip. The onsite team was also fantastic, helpful, and friendly. We loved having access to the beach and the pool, and both were a few quick steps away. The balcony was incredible - a perfect place to take a break from the sun while soaking up those amazing Grace Bay views. The kitchen was well-stocked and you're a quick walk to the grocery store for any provisions you may need. We loved the ease of walking to dinner each night - many good choices nearby. Everything about our stay was utter perfection! The condo itself is beautifully appointed. Comfortable furnishings and amenities. The view from the balcony is unbeatable. The resort staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Communication with the property owner was easy. Christine is extremely responsive, helpful, and gracious as well. Beach and pool access couldn’t be closer and chairs are always available. Centrally located among shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. And…this is just a little something that I found to be very helpful…as a mom who cooks for her family, I found the appliances, dishes, and cookware exactly what I needed. This might sound dumb, but I especially loved the little spice rack available that enabled me to make a few dishes for my kids without having to go out and purchase 5-6 bottles of spice just to make some yummy scrabbled eggs every morning. And to be able to have a little cinnamon in my morning coffee…It’s the little things, guys. 😂 I feel so lucky my family and I got to enjoy this place for the week we were there. I hope we have another opportunity to visit again in the future. If you’re on the fence; book this place. It is worth every single penny!

This property is beautiful-location perfect, lovely furnishings, extremely clean, spacious, and the view from the expansive balcony phenomenal!! Great communication with owner prior to arrival & with staff while there. Just my husband & me, nice to have big living space & 21/2 baths! As mentioned in previous reviews, master bedroom tends to be too warm in the night, hoping this can be addressed. Nevertheless, look forward to returning to VR 204!!

We spent a week here with our family of 5 (3 college age kids) and had the most incredible experiences. The condo is tastefully decorated, spacious and is in the perfect location to accesss food, shopping and activities. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to make a nice dinner - to include making a homemade birthday cake! The owner and management team were responsive to requests and took great care to ensure we enjoyed our stay and had what we needed. A rollaway bed was provided for our 3rd teen and was easily set up in the second bedroom - without feeling cramped. Having the 1/2 bath off the living room was a plus when we were all getting ready for dinner. Loved never having to worry about finding room for all of us to sit on the beach or the pool. Having the bar (drinks and light meals) available during the day was a plus in a condo setting (one that we very much enjoyed). Easy to walk to a range of dining options. Highly recommend as the perfect spot to reconnect and relax with family!! Cannot imagine staying anywhere else on Provo - 204 has spoiled us rotten and hope to return again soon.

Nice location to downtown and beach

There may be no better place to stay than this property. It is in a perfect location and the property management is excellent. Christine has created a beautiful home with all the amenities you could desire. We had no issues whatsoever and didn't lack for anything. Therefore, if you are looking to stay at a place with comfortable beds, luxurious bedding, all the kitchen utensils, appliances you would need, and any other comforts of home, this is the place. In fact, looking at the other available condos in Villa Rennaisance, we feel this is the best one! Including the chairs on the small poolside balcony which other places lacked. Wonderful place to stay.

We didn’t want for anything during our stay here. This unit is spectacular! So clean - nice furniture and decor (a step way up from your typical beach condo vibe) - sooo quiet at night. Can’t beat the location and this stretch of beach is wide and lovely. Don’t hesitate! Get at least to the second floor so you get the views.

You really don’t need a car unless you plan on doing something away from Grace bay, like diving etc. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within a few steps…. 100% recommended.

This was our third stay at this property and unit. Both the property and unit are so well maintained and have more than you could ever need. Everyone at this property is so friendly and accommodating. The views from the unit and property are as gorgeous in person as in the photos. There are also so many shops and wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Thank you for another fantastic stay. We can't wait to return yet again!

Lovely condo with great views. Staff was prompt and friendly. Only complaint was several steps to get to elevator when we had heavy luggage and groceries. Security at beach was reassuring. Beds were very comfortable. Easy to get to stores and restaurants.

This was our third time visiting Turks & Caicos & our absolute favorite accommodations so far! Beautiful property and 2 Bedroom unit with lots of room for our family of 4. We walked everywhere: lots of restaurants and shops withing 15 minute walking distance, Can't wait to book for our next visit!

All the great things that you see and hear about TCI are true. My wife and I, along with our 14-year-old son, finally had the chance to spend a week in TCI to celebrate 2 birthdays and a wedding anniversary. We are so glad that we found Villa Renaissance on VRBO. We could write a book about our wonderful experiences but here are the pros and only one con about this unit: PROS: 100% as advertised on the listing; the location cannot be beat as the oceanfront views are second-to-none. We loved being on the 2nd floor of this 4-floor villa as the stair access was super convenient. This unit is really big at nearly 1900 square feet for a 2 BR 2.5 BA villa. It is extremely clean and well kept. All the appliances, kitchenware, tools etc. that you would want and need are available. We felt like we were home within the first day. We really liked having the daily resort-like services; especially the daily housekeeping. The entire staff at Villa Renaissance did a fantastic job helping us with beach and pool needs to helping us make local calls for restaurant reservations. Perhaps the greatest PRO is the location. I cannot stress this enough. Villa Renaissance is located right in the heart of Grace Bay. Everything we needed was within a 10-minute walk of our stay. Grocery stores, restaurants, stores/boutiques, excursions...all within a couple of blocks of this villa. Taxis are expensive in Grace Bay. Location of this villa made it so we only needed transportation to/from the airport. CONS: This is super small but the only con we had with this unit was the temperature in the main bedroom. It is warmer than the rest of the unit by several degrees. Maintenance came and looked at it but it was not fixed during our stay. There was a floor fan in the closet that was used but the temperature in that room probably never got below 79-80 degrees all week. Minor issue that can easily be fixed I'm sure. All-in-all, this was our favorite vacation and our favorite VRBO booking in nearly 5 years of using VRBO. Thank you!!

This villa is in a great location and has everything you need or want.

The condo is beautifully finished out…the views are amazing…and the location for walking to restaurants and shops is the best. Also a super nice pool. We had one small AC issue that was rectified quickly. We would stay here again!!!

Size of the villa was fantastic. Multiple bedrooms and baths made if feel quite homey. The views were breathtaking. Walking distance to restaurants and groceries. Beach and pool were very quiet and like nothing we've experienced before in the Caribbean. No struggling to find a chair or spot to relax. Highly recommended.

We stayed 7 nights and loved all of it. The condo is beautifully remodeled with everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking pots, pans, etc and even came with a gallon of water already in the fridge. The beds are comfortable and plenty of room to spread out for our family. The condo is on beautiful Grace Bay beach, with a nice pool and hot tub too. Communication with Christine was great, she answered any questions we had promptly. Would stay again and recommend to others!

We had a fabulous time at this property!! Everything was lovely. Although there was a small unexpected issue that came up at the very beginning, the owners and staff dealt with it swiftly and effectively, so all in all no problems. The property was beautiful and well kept, and the location can’t be beat! We enjoyed some delicious and picturesque dinners at Coco Bistro, Grace’s Cottage, and a gorgeous sunset meal at Bay Bistro. The beach facilities and the pool area were beautiful. In addition, all of Villa Renaissance’s staff were helpful, polite, kind and highly accommodating. Overall, we had a fabulous trip and will surely return very soon!
