Very clean and cozy love it

Really enjoyed the stay, was really clean and had a great location on the water. Definitely would recommend.

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights. We were very pleased with the accommodations. It was amazing to step out the back door and be right at the river. The country surroundings were very nice as well. It was so quiet, to we felt like the only people in the area. We definitely want to go back. Thanks to our host for making it a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The back porch was the best! The only issue was the shower is not made for tall people. My husband is 6’3” and his head hit the roof of the shower. I am 5’10” and had to bend over to wash my hair. Just a piece of helpful info for the next person renting. The covered back porch and the dock you can fish on made up for it though!

Our stay was excellent. Waking up with a cup of coffee on the lake was very peaceful.

Great little cabin. Has all you need to enjoy some time on the lake. I loved that you could take 10 steps out the back door and be in the lake. Great outdoor space and dock. Would recommend!

Cozy Cabin is aptly named. My wife and I honeymooned for 4 nights. We highly recommend the cabin for a relaxing retreat in beautiful country.

The house was very clean and had all the amenities needed for a nice stay. The water access was convenient and the back patio was nice with a grill that we used. Had all the necessary cooking utensils, just brought groceries. The internet connection was good so we were able stream tv and music without issues.

Quick little getaway for my son and I. We had an amazing time. Definitely rent the kayaks and kayak up into the cove. Absolutely beautiful.

Our stay at Cozy Cabin was completely awesome. The Cabin is very clean, it has everything you need and the AC works wonderful. Love the covered patio, its perfect for relaxing by the water.

We had a great time and the cabin was exactly what we were after. It was stocked with everything we would have needed and made our stay comfortable and relaxing. It was quiet, beautiful & made our vacation easy and memorable! Carol & Ed were nice and accommodating and if we ever visit Arkansas again we will stay here!!

The cabin was lovely. Lot of games, movies & things to do. Host was amazing. She gave us great recommendations on places to go & things to do. Cabin was perfect for what we were looking for & more. My husband and I stayed for our 19th anniversary and we absolutely loved it! Such a cute and cozy cabin! I broke my ankle before the trip so i spent my vaca relaxing in the cabin. My husband went exploring everyday on his ebike. Would absolutely rebook again!

Loved our stay at Cozy Cabin. Carol and her husband were wonderful hosts and very accommodating. The water is absolutely beautiful! We are avid paddle boarders and loved having the lake right outside our door. We were also very close to several state parks where we did some hiking and downtown hot springs was just a short drive away. Hated to leave.

The cabin was so cozy and perfect size for two. Everything was clean and very neat. We came to get away and relax, this cabin and location was the perfect place. The renters are very nice and welcoming and made sure everything was in order for us. We will definitely be booking again!

It was a very nice location. Just a little farther out than we expected. It was advertised like it was on Lake Hamilton, but its actually on a channel not the actual lake. The Cabin was super clean and very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

What a nice place. It had everything we needed and more. The new patio cover worked great, we were able to enjoy being outside even when it did rain. The pier was great for launching our kayak very easily. The neighbors were very friendly. A great find.

The cabin was really cute. Perfect size for a quick weekend couples trip. I was a little disappointed that the description states that the cabin is on Lake Hamilton. Technically, it is on a channel off Ouachita River. The houses on each side are extremely close to each other. There isn't a lot of privacy.

We enjoyed our stay in this charming A-frame home on the water. While the adjacent homes are very close, the owners have taken steps to ensure privacy and quietude. Unfortunately for my own personal circumstances, I am a chronic headache sufferer and synthetic scents are quite debilitating to me. The owner, Carol, did her best to remove all of the Glade Plug Ins but we found two more, the trash can liners were heavily scented (we ended up buying our own), but the floor cleaner used was so horrible that it never stopped smelling the entire four nights we were there. It's a VERY clean rental. I felt bad for using the air conditioning while having the windows open, but it was either that or sleep outside on the deck. My partner and I weren't able to sleep together in the bed because I had to sleep on the pull out sofa bed to be close to windows. If you don't have problems with synthetic fragrances, then I would highly recommend staying here. Carol did try to accommodate and I was very grateful for her efforts but I will be asking more specific questions before booking future stays on Vrbo to better understand the circumstances. (If anyone is eyerolling this post, I've had a headache 24/7 for 21-years - it's not a joke to me!) Oh, and bring extra TP with you if you're a woman having her monthlies - there won't be enough in the house to accommodate!

We have stayed at this property before and always enjoy it. Very relaxing and cozy little place! The homeowners are very friendly and welcoming.

Enjoyed staying here. Needed the rest and sleep. My only issue was the sliding glass door that goes to the lake was so dirty it was hard to see out of. Otherwise everything was perfect except I couldn't stay longer.
