Location was super convenient to the beach and restaurants. We woke up one more to a flee market right at the bottom of our stairs which was great! Close enough to the train station to explore all of the towns of Cinque Terre. Definitely a lot of stairs which we didn't mind but something to keep in mind for someone else. The room was great and clean but very small. Again, something we didn't mind but something someone else might.

The front door was kind of hard to get open, have to jiggle the key!

Excellent communication with the host! Perfect location! Cozy room! Everything was just wonderful. The location could not be any better! 100m from the beach, very quiet area. Be aware you must climb some steps to get there but it was no problem for us! You must visit their winery; it is absolutely breathtaking with amazing food and wine. We would gladly stay here again!

The location is very good despite the stairs and the room and bathroom are quite spacious. Cheaper than other options in the area. The air conditioning works well. It’s okay.

The air conditioning unit hums all night. The machine is outside our window but it’s only separated from our room by a wooden plank, so you hear it as if it was inside. If the upstairs neighbours keep the air conditioning on, you’ll need ear plugs. The kettle didn’t function properly, the off button doesn’t work and it keeps boiling. My husband burnt his finger on it. The room looks clean, but upon closer inspection it was pretty dusty.

The room was right in the town.

We could have used more help with our luggage getting to and from the room. The view was not great but the location was good.

The only thing that was decent about this accommodation was the location, the rest was an utter disappointment, especially the service.

We booked a sea view room and it was confirmed weeks ago, but they decided to give the room to some other guests without informing us. Upon arrival, we waited 30 mins and a woman showed up with two other guests, despite having waited for a long time already, she asked us to stay outside in the rain so she could check the other people in first. Then she chatted with them for another 20 mins before letting us into the room. I asked why we have a mountain view despite having reserved the sea view room ages ago. She literally instructed us to stick our head out of the window and turn to the right to find a corner of the sea. When I showed her the confirmation email with “sea view” she just said she had nothing to do with it and asked us to pay up right away. We suspected that the couple before us gave her a huge tip so she gave them our room. On top of the terrible service, the room was not cleaned thoroughly. There was a dead bug stuck on a lamp shade by the bed. Surfaces were sticky and stained. Mouldy shower doors, poor quality furniture and many things were broken and could easily be replaced but they really don’t seem to take care of the place. Shower gels were opened and half used up in a tray full of soapy water. It was disgusting and really unhygienic especially during the pandemic. It was the most disappointing experience during our entire stay in Cinque Terre. I’d like my money back!

Riky Rooms is in an incredible location. It's so central yet tucked away enough to ensure a sound and comfortable sleep. The bed and pillows were great with a clean and spacious bathroom and fast/strong wifi. The best part about this accommodation is that the owners also have an agriturismo restaurant and accommodation that's a 10 min walk from Riky Rooms called Agriturismo Buranco. It's set in the family Vinyard with an olive grove and lemon tree garden. We ate at the restaurant every evening of our stay and highly recommend it. It's a slice of quiet paradise after a day exploring Cinque Terre and the food is phenomenal. The owners are so friendly, kind, and helpful. Would 100% recommend Riky Rooms (and their restaurant!!)

Very nice appartement. It is in the centre of Monterosso literally 100 meter from the sea. But no noises because it is in a quiet place. If you come by car you can park up hill by the owner who has an own vinery called Buranco Winery. Very friendly People!

Great location, Meri is very accommodating and the room was fantastic.

Good location in the historical center of Monterosso, close to the beach. The host was very nice, she waited for us in order to guide us to the apartment. Perfect to enjoy a couple of days in the popular colorful buildings with green shutters from Cinque Terre, a really unique experience. I also recommend that you visit their restaurant with a view over Monterosso and also with very good food.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They even allowed us to store our luggage on our day of departure and let us keep a key.

It was ok for us but some people may find the steps to the property difficult to access.

Perfect location, pleasant interior, small but cozy place, good bed. We liked that it was cheaper than most alternatives, pleasant host.

Beautiful room in the centre of the old town. It looks really fresh and light and felt for our home for two weeks. Absolutely loved out stay!

We just missed some room to put stuff, like shelfs and closets. The wifi didn't work very well, for me not at all, for my daughter so on and off

The WiFi didn’t work at all. You have to climb some stairs to set to the apartment. When you get there, there’s another stairs (this time way more dangerous then the first) to get in the room. If you are with heavy luggage’s or if you have any disabilities it’s gonna be really complicated. And most important there’s a bell in front of the window that starts rings at 7:30 for a hole minute. And again at 8h and again... They also have a restaurant which is really nice and good food although not so chip. They can make a discount for you (4 euros discount) but be aware, they charge for the tap water and the bread. (Which is more then 4 euros)
