The property was clean and nice. We have parents with monility issues so the pool and ramp to the beach were great.

Accurate listing. Ocean front/view of the pool. Rooms we perfect for our family. Rooms carried out sound nicely that was a plus for having kids! Owner very communicative throughout the stay if we needed him. Highly recommend this place for your further beach getaway!

This is our second year staying at St.Regis, different condos though. We had a great time. Our condo was clean and accommodating, providing us with the basics of everyday life. Communication with our host was great, he was very quick to respond. Will definitely be booking here again!

Our family was very disappointed with our stay at the property based on the price and overall condition of the property, Condo is old and in need of updating on many fronts. Lots of damage, general update, especially painting is a real need. Had trouble with the living room TV that was partially resolved but not fully. Owner was quick to respond but overall not a great experience.

My family loves staying here! Bill was very accommodating, he quickly came to our aid when there was an issue at the rental and it was resolved with little to no interruption to our vacation. The condo was clean, spacious, and had basically everything we needed for our family to enjoy our beach getaway!

We had a very hard time with the lock. No one available to help. Virbo was not there. The mailbox was full. Finally we worked it out. The elevators were broke. My husband was stuck in it with all our belongings for over 20 min. Firemen called. Again. No one to help. Week later still not repaired!! The pool is not heated. The lady at the little stand is very nice.

Really enjoy this location. Everything was as pictured.

The property is in a great location, with pool and beach views. The balcony was our favorite part! There's plenty of room for kids in this condo, my son used the pack and play provided and my daughter was very excited to sleep on the top bunk! The bathrooms were in great condition and pretty spacious. The kitchen is clean and got the job done! Checking in/out, finding the unit and parking were all very simple. Thank you for the use of the condo, my family enjoyed it during our stay.

The property was just as described. Nice view of the pool and beach. The condo was an adequate size for a family of 5. Nice kitchen and eating area. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the condo because I still did laundry frequently even though I was on vacation. One drawback to the overall complex is the pool is a little small to service 3 buildings so at times in the afternoon it felt crowded. Overall nice property and facilities.

The condo was well stocked and had all necessities. The location was perfect to the pool and beach. Check in and out was very easy.

The St Regis Resort was beautiful and the unit was accommodating. Bill was responsive to my questions, as well as welcoming. I believe the listing is a bit misleading, however. There is only 1 full and the twin-sized bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom, and the couch is not a sleeper/sofa, so not sure how it would fit 8 people (although we didn’t need it, I think others should know that information). Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at this condo and would stay again. However I do have a couple things that need to be mentioned. The condo itself was inviting, had all of our needs met, and we had a pleasant stay. . It could use some updates, but there are more important things I’d like to address: we found several dishes/cups, cutlery, etc that were not clean (ex: found lipstick stains on a coffee cup, had to wash most kitchen items before using, crusty silverware) and the unit could use a bit more of a deep cleaning and maintenance, as well as a few repairs, i.e. dust in several areas and a massive amount of dust in the box fan that is provided in the unit, stained pillows, remotes that don’t work, a disorganized kitchen and storage closet, a cord that was taped and loose fitting into the outlet, beds against outlets [which is a fire hazard], broken mirrors on closet doors, a hole cut into the wall where 1 outlet is located (safety hazards), along with some cosmetic issues (part of the wall in master bath was peeling off, cracked/missing tile in living area). I truly am not upset about the majority of these things. The stay was nice. But, other renters should be aware of how the unit is being maintained (or lack of). Perhaps it’s possible that the owner is unaware?... I guess I just expected a bit nicer than what I experienced when it comes to the condo. The area is beautiful, however. So that helped!

We have 5 children ages 12-2 and we felt very comfortable here. There were plenty of dishes and the kids were able to eat at the breakfast bar which they enjoyed. Not having to rent linens was a huge plus as many properties in the area do not supply them. The mattresses were very comfortable. The beach chairs and toys were a wonderful bonus. Owner was very helpful and easily accessible.

We had a great stay. Check in was a little rough because everyone was checking in so carts were hard to come by to bring our things up. But once we got settled we had a great time. Great location to beach and pool. We loved that we had a playground. We would stay again.

Our first trip to Topsail Island and the location can’t be beat. Quick easy access to a great beach and pool in the complex.

My family and I stayed at this property in September and really enjoyed it. We would happily stay here again. The owners description and pictures are spot on. The unit was clean. We especially enjoyed the owners closet that had some beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. It was super convenient to use those items and also to have an area to store our larger sandy beach items. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans. It held 7-8 adults comfortably. The condo is beach front but there is still a bit of a walk, though I think that’s true of any condo. The beach in this area is quite narrow. It would not be problematic except there is a beach chair service that set up every day we were there. Most of the chairs were empty but when I contacted him to rent some chairs I was told they were all rented. Apparently condo owners rent chairs for the whole season and they are set up daily whether anyone is in that condo or not. It was very frustrating trying to find a place for my family when the beach was full of mostly empty rental chairs. If you decide to rent from him call at least the day before to see if he can accommodate you. Also the AC for the unit struggled to keep the condo cool. There was a note on the AC asking to keep it set no lower than 72 so we did. We did ok during the day. Kept the doors closed and curtains drawn. However, at night it often became uncomfortably warm. Especially in the 2nd bedroom. The owner supplied 1 fan and it helped. We acquired a couple more fans for our stay. Overall, this is a fantastic family unit and we would stay here again.

Great experience. North Topsail is pretty desolate but it’s peaceful and easy for families with young children. The unit itself was very family friendly and pretty clean. The bedrooms were spacious, view was great, pool was nice and very easy access to the beach. Would recommend especially if you have a young family.
