excellent location, but the big problem is that you can hear all the noises from the corridors and especially the room next door, I have never stayed in a hotel where you can hear all the footsteps even those in the corridor

Location is great

The hostel is centrally located where surprisingly there arent many lodging options. <10 min walk to most things including rail to Atoch

Many things that I would like to believe were the date and an anomally rather than the norm. Property is managed by Hotel El Bedel I believe where I have stayed before and enjoyed. Upon arrival no staff whatsoever. Shouted for service and searched until we found a small notice to check in at Bedel. Breakfast at Bedel overcrowded, service impossible even though we paid. Service for our stay was just benign and unapologetic neglect. No tea kettle (Yes, I'm that guy... had to buy one at 8pm at the Carrefour). Room simple and comfy... I could go on, but IN NO WAY IS THIS A €88 ROOM!

Lovely and modern and clean and the bed was very comfy.

Very noisy location, air con didn’t work very well but too much noise from the street to have the window/doors open. terrible smell of drains from the shower made whole room smell.

The location was very central. The value was very good for the price.

The rooms were not very noise isolated, but with earplugs it was fine.

Being in the historical Alcala de Henares district and right in front of the Alcala University was exceptional.

The receptionist was next door in another Hotel.

It was clean, welcoming and really central. Super easy check-in in the hotel across the square. Then you had a key code to get into the hostel which gave a great deal of independence as you didn’t have to walk past reception staff when coming and going. Wonderful views over the old university. Towels, toiletries and cleaning service provided daily. Air con worked a treat. Clean and functional en-suite.

The shower water didn’t drain away fast enough and flooded the other parts of the en-suite.

Very nice room in a great location. There was a bar and restaurant located in the same building with lots of books and space to relax

Aside from the location, we love that the shower and toilet has its own spaces!

The elevator is kinda scary because it sort of "jumps" whenever it stops on a specific floor #. But then again, I'm an anxious person so maybe to others it's just fine.

Location and décoration were great. The staff was truly friendly , the bed was comfortable and washroom new and comfortable as well

I was missing a small fridge in my room, since is very hot in Alcala during this times of the year

We just stayed for a couple of hours, early morning flight. However the accommodation was lovely, clean and the receptionist very friendly!
