What a wonderful stay! We loved this place and the view is incredible. The apartment is spacious, Antonella is lovely and Google translate was a win for communicating ease. The local sweets and wine on arrival was a lovely treat after a day of travels and the balcony at night was equally glorious with a new outside sofa for proper relaxation. Well equipped kitchen with some basics in the cupboard and an espresso machine. Bedding and towels included in the price. Bathroom also well equipped complete with some washing detergent and supplies. We always found a parking space outside (free parking) in late October. Within 2 days we'd done caves, mountains, hiking, climbing and beaches, something for everyone and warm weather.

I'd prefer not to pay in cash but a receipt was provided on request and it's not a big deal. While the neighbour below's barking dog every night is a shame as others mention, just pack some earplugs and it's definitely worth staying here for every other reason. We would 100% return! Uncomplicated communication with owner over Whatsapp.

The host was very accommodating and responsive, doing her best to resolve issues as soon as possible. The shower broke at one point, and she had a technician in to service it the next morning. We also arrived much later than expected,and she patiently waited for us. Finally, and most importantly, the view was worth every single penny and more! I highly recommend this place.

The air-conditioning was broken the entire stay, which was a very important feature to us in the heat. The host said she was driving to Olbia to buy a replacement heat pump though, so I assume it'll be fixed for the next guests. I would have liked a few more things in the kitchen, like a baking pan and a few more big spoons. The knives were a little fragile (low quality) too; we broke two of them with regular cutting. As a weird side note, there was a pod-espresso machine (like Nespresso) but no store in Cala Gonone sold compatible pods. Not a real negative though, since there was a stovetop espresso maker :)
