Good location for Barichara, easy walking distance to square and restaurants, also the lovely Camino Real walk down to the next village.

No hot water tap in sink in bathroom, balcony lights switched on and off by reception so you could not go to bed with no a.c. and the window/door open. Check out was a disaster, poor young girl on duty did not know how to use the card machine, on the phone to the owner, getting late for the bus from San Gil, taxi driver was like a racing driver down to the bus station - but it was an hour + late and I was fretting my credit card had been corrupted/ refused.

Nice modern hotel at the entrance to the wonderful old town of Barichara. Comfortable rooms and great freshly cooked breakfast. Good to have under cover parking on site.

The setting of this hotel is wonderful with balcony views, and less than 10 minute walk into the centre of Barichara. Staff were amazing in assisting me with finding alternative travel arrangements when I ran into difficulty and overall, staff went the 'extra mile' to assist in any way they could. The room itself was clean, very spacious, had an enormous and powerful shower, and air conditioning. The breakfast was great and included in the price of the room. The reception is staffed 24 hours a day and the hotel has free wi-fi. Highly recommended!
