the room was horrible, not like the photos at all. very dirty, smelled very bad of pee, the towels looked dirty, the bed sheets not clean. We couldn’t stay it was very bad, very uncomfortable! Not sure why they have 3* but this hotel isn’t a 3* hotel at all!!

Ugly room. unprofessional staff. They have taken full money without providing receipt. they are claiming no-show while I have stayed there overt. Seems like they have cheated me by taking cash and not recording in their system.

Lazy staff, ac & tv not working properly guy at reception told he will send someone no one came....reception number given on phone not working when asked then he told this is the new number....I stayed here 1 week before while checking-in guy told directly that you need to pay 400-500 extra because our room tariff is 2500 and I booked it at 2100 on booking.com.....and this time when I check in he took less than last time because hotel owner was there in front....upon ordering a beer waiter told me that this beer cost 250 which is actually 110 outside but still did I asked him how much is that ???

Everything. Most pathetic and ridiculous staff i have ever seen in my life.They will refuse to take you in and instead insist you to take another room in the apartments nearby.In the middle of the night we were left stranded.That place is extremely shady. Very unsafe

the room provided was in the bottom floor, with cleaning equipment like mops and brooms lying right outside our door. the rooms smelt like cigarettes, the pictures on here are deceiving! the staff are so uncooperative and ready to fight for anything! the AC did not work the entire night, the bedsheets are torn! this was the worst hotel experience i have ever had in my life! i booked for 3 nights but checked out before the first. the rates may be cheap. id suggest you to pay more than stay at this hellhole.

We booked three room for 6 people but they given only two rooms, also these rooms was in basement and they are too dirty all window glasses was broken there was so much mosquito and smells.
