Stayed many times, one of the reasons is that it has parking. Unfortunately they are now using this space to put more outside tables, only choice is to pay for parking on public car park. Not happy as I wasn’t informed before my arrival.

Easily accessible, very friendly, warm, clean room and very quiet considering it is inside a busy pub. Dinner and breakfast were good at a very reasonable price - as usual at a Wetherspoons. Pleasant atmosphere inside the pub and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Access from the room into the pub as you had to go outside and back through the main door from the street.

Great location and lovely room.
Ordered breakfast, waited 20/25 mins only to be told there had been a problem with our order and that we would have to wait a further 20 mins or cancel. We were leaving at a certain time so a further wait was not an option. Very disappointing

The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff all nice, pleasant.it is great value for money. Had breakfast twice.
Problem with horrendous smell in room caused by drain vents. Room 204.( Apparently 101 is the same). Staff knew about the problem. It is ongoing. I was in that room for 4 days, with no offer of change of room. No offer of discount. I blocked drain with towel.preventing the smell. There is no problem with the cleanliness. It is the drain vent.The first night, I had the extractor fan running all night. The first person I spoke to pretended they didn't know about the problem......all the staff agreed it horrible and worse when it rains.....they all knew about it.

food was good, though there were no sausages on Sunday which seeing there were two super markets just around the corner shouldn,t be.
seeing i paid over 100 pound the least i expect is adequate wifi, couldn,t even get a football score let alone emails.

Room very clean, bed comfortable, great extras in the bathroom. Liked having water bottles and extra pillows.
Room was warm so windows were open, was woken very early by traffic (bin lorries).

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and had all that we needed for our overnight stay.
The flooring in the room sloped at an angle that made us quite unsteady on our feet! Having a shower was not a good experience, due to the uneven floor. I'd say it is quite dangerous and I'm surprised more people haven't complained about this.

Lovely room and facilities. Very quiet despite being over a pub. in the middle of Warminster. Used the App to get food and was really quick despite being busy
Bed no so comfortable and every time husband moved he woke me. Felt like I was on a trampoline, would opt for a twin room next time.

my wife is a wheelchair user and the lift was not working so had to carry her upstairs

3of our party are disabled (1 is a wheelchair user) but we were phoned on the morning of our arrival to be told the lift doesn’t work….and hadn’t worked for some time….it was too late to rebook anywhere else so had to carry my wife up the stairs……NOT HAPPY

Good size clean well fitted room
Booking in was tedious. Stand in a queue for the bar to be told to go stand in another queue at reception.
Surely just a bell / buzzer on reception would be easier if you haven't got the staff for both for whatever reason

My room was very nice but the bathroom was cold. I think because the towel rail ( the only source of heating) was turned down.
The lighting was very pretty but difficult to read by.

Coffee machine downstairs in pub did not work and a strange thing wanted breakfast in pub but they ran out of eggs

The room was a pleasant surprise did not expect such a high standard. Everything was spot on for comfort and cleanliness. Staff excellent and food good value.

the location was good for getting around eg close to train station
uncomfortable bed and pillows , very noisy even with secondary glazing you could hear the traffic and punters at kicking out time
