Perfect beach home- has everything you could possibly need/want for the best stay and the pool is definitely an added bonus.

Pool came in clutch since 2 of the days were double red flag on the beach. Had a great time highly recommend this property!

This house made for the best vacation we’ve ever had at the beach. The house layout was perfect; the swimming pool was exactly what we needed for our family; and the location was far enough away from the crazy traffic but close enough that we could get to the restaurants and attractions that we wanted. We can’t wait to stay here again next year.

If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation within walking distance to the beach that still has quick access to more touristy activities, you can have it all! This immaculately maintained property was the perfect stay for our family, and the host was amazing to communicate with. We couldn’t recommend it more!

We had a wonderful stay, the house is as described and well equipped, we loved the pool and really convenient for restaurants and trips to the beach. Highly recommend, we’d be more than happy to return!

We come to PCB/Destin every summer… this house is AMAZING! They layout is perfect and the home is beautiful! I hope to rent this home every summer because it was so comfy and had great energy! We came with an algae bloom so the kids weren’t feeling the beach and it was great to have the pool for the kids to get their energy out!!!

The house was very clean and had all the necessities we needed to make our two week stay fantastic. Easy access to the beach and we loved the pool and used everyday. We referred this property to other family members for a family vacation for next year. Great experience.

The house was perfect for our weekend getaway. The house was very clean and spacious. It is close to the beach and shopping. I prefer to stay on the west side of PCB as to not deal with the crowds and traffic. Would recommend for a family who wants a quiet beach vacation! Also, loved being able to just lay around the pool and relax!

This was a great house! The neighborhood was quiet, the house was clean, well furnished & equipped, and the pool & patio were lovely! I appreciated the communication with the owner. Our family made some great memories, and will most likely stay here again.

We had such a great stay. The house was so clean and beautiful. The bed rooms were nice sizes, had comfortable beds and were perfect for our family. We can't forget to mention the pool...it was so nice to relax by and soak in some sun. Our dog loved the shollow end with the little water fountains too :) Thanks so much for sharing your house with us!

The home is beautifully decorated. We cooked all meals there and the home had all utensils and equipment needed to do that. Everything was very clean. The pool was great. My son spent mostly everyday in it swimming. The host was great if we had any questions. Definitely would love to come back!

This House is beautiful and the pool was amazing !! We felt right at home. With 3 kids, they each got their own room, so that was a plus for us. The master bedroom and bathroom were out of this world.

We loved the house and the pool, and the fact that the home was dog friendly was great. The backyard is fully fenced, so we were not worried about our dog. The home is decorated great, but the couch is not that comfortable. The master bath is amazing. We would stay here again, Coleen was a dream to work with.

Home was very clean and open. My granddaughters enjoyed the pool. It was a plus since it rained most of the time. We were able to get in the pool between rain showers. Plenty of room for our 2 families and we enjoyed the stay.

We loved the location- down the street from family. We took nice long walks, swam in the pool and loved the beach. Even with tropical storm Fred all was well. Never lost electricity- enjoyed a very relaxing day at the house.

My family and I enjoyed staying at this property. First off, Carleen was very accommodating with our pets which we really appreciated. Check in and check out is very simple and easy. The house itself was very nice, the pool is nice, however the location was a little far to walk to the beach. The garage is also locked at all times so if you’re like us and travel with your own golf cart, this is an inconvenience. Another few issues came up during our stay like not enough towels, no laundry detergent to start a load with, and dirty/stained linens but Carleen was responsive and helpful. There are cameras set up at the front door and by the back door / pool so if that bothers you I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Overall, my family and I enjoyed staying here and we appreciate that Carleen was good with communication.

It's clean and the pictures are accurate. There was plenty of space and Carleen was easy to communicate with. We loved the pool, the tanning ledge is amazing.. makes me wish we would have put one in our pool at home. The beach across the street was great and not super busy... it is a little farther away from most of the places in PCB and if u stay during peak season it takes a little longer to get places because of traffic.. the only thing I would change would be what other reviewers have mentioned which was the couch. It's definitely not comfortable but if that's my biggest complaint.. it's definitely not a deal breaker. I would stay here again

We really enjoyed our vacation and loved staying in this beautiful home. It was so clean and well thought out. The private pool was perfect. The house is new and modern, with a cozy vibe. You can tell a lot of love went into it. Carleen is very kind, quick to respond and very accommodating. She truly wants you to feel at home in her home. The house comes with everything you need. There’s 2 grocery stores nearby so you can stock the refrigerator for your stay. The beach is close as is shopping and a variety of restaurants. We used Door Dash a few times without any issues. The reviews about the living room furniture are true. The furniture is gorgeous but it’s not the most comfortable. We still lounged on it and enjoyed watching tv at night. The house was nice, clean, with four well appointed rooms - so, there was space enough for a large family to sleep. The pool was clean, the neighborhood was ok - it was a bit farther from the beach than we would've preferred but still within walking distance. Look. I have stayed at many, many VRBO properties - from little two bedroom bungalows to a 2 million dollar house in Eugene Oregon...All I am going to say is I never disliked a host more than this place - We did not feel welcome and she made it clear we were being watched by the neighbors and other people - including a man who I TRULY believe was a phony pool guy! There was very little parking and she exacerbated this by leaving her personal vehicle in one of the parking spaces to make sure no more than 3 vehicles could be at her place at any given time...She treated me and my family like we were 20 something year old Spring Breakers from out of town and we are 40 something year old, local, family people! We didn't party, we did our best to clean up when we checked out...But, we would not stay here again based on the owner's behavior - It made us all feel awkward and unwanted...

It looked exactly like the pictures, which has not always been our experience. The house was extremely clean and beautiful inside and out. The location was great too, only a short 5-10 minute walk from the beach. The neighborhood was great for walking, and was close to stores and restaurants. Had a great day at Pier Park (about 10 minutes away), Conservation Park (15 minutes away) and 30A (10 minutes away). The owner Carleen was extremely responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend her and this property to anyone looking to stay near PCB! Thank you Carleen!

We really enjoyed our vacation to Panama City Beach, Florida. The house was beautiful, very clean and communicating with the host was easy. Since we visited in spring, we experienced some cooler, rainy weather during part of our stay. The pool heater was a pay per day feature and we feel during this season it should be automatically included. The days we did choose to pay for the heater, we didn’t find it was worth the cost as the kids still got cold quickly. The couch could be more comfortable, especially for a rainy day when you’re stuck inside. We loved being able to bring our dog with us. We haven’t seen this mentioned in any other reviews but the neighbor’s small dog is a barker and would do so whenever we were in the backyard. We’ve always had small yappy dogs so it didn’t really bother us but helpful for other people to know. We would definitely stay here again the next time we travel to PCB.

We had an amazing time and greatly enjoyed staying at this property. Having a private pool and a short walk to the beach, made it so easy to enjoy our time here without having to deal with crowds of people. The house had everything we needed too! We look forward to coming back to this property!
