there’s tomcat in the bathroom, luckily I found it before it gets to my kids or myself. water drainage is not good, shampoo dispenser is broken. so, in the end have to wait for almost one hour just to get shower (I checked in around 00.30AM, so imagine how frustrating it is). hotel management, in the end, compensate us with free breakfast for 4 person, but the restaurant was packed and food is not all well prepared when we get downstairs, so decided to skip the free breakfast

Pool View and Roof Top Bar are great

The room is big, the pool view is good, and the location.

The staff was so slow and unresponsive, the security/door man just stand in the door and not help to open the door, the front desk staff was so slow for check in and check out process. The housekeeper insist to go in the same elevator with her stuff

Breakfast is good.

Room VERY old. Bathroom not clean and smelly. Small Insects in the bed mattresses. Laundry items came smelly and also the bathroom towels. The hotel 5 years before was really good... Nowdays its horrible. Stay away.

The shower doesn't have any shampoo and the drainage was a bit stuck 🤔

The food was ok. Nice restaurant close the reception. Nice soup of vegetables with cow meat. All staff plenty of simphaty.
