The coffee shop attached to the building was very convenient.

The hotel building is quite old, outdated, the pictures on the profile did not match the room we got. The surrounding neighborhood also seems a bit old and unsafe.

One could listen to a lot of noise from the street and other rooms. The owner of the hotel offered me a ride to the mall and charged me double the price an Uber would charge.

The value for what we paid for was good. They have 24 hour staff that can help with any needs. The location is good.

The facilities could have been in a little bit better condition.

WIFI didn't work in the room, we had to go to the lobby for connecting with the WIFI

the staff were amazing, so welcoming and went out of their way to do everything they could to help us out - the owner drove us to the bus station the morning after our stay, taking us past a cash point to pay for the hotel, he is the best!

Best homemade food I had dueing my whole time in Honduras, exceptional owners- very friendly and funny, taxi/shuttle to/from airport, helped me get my covid test and even translated a bit for me, room small, clean and bright overall. Loved its connectes to cafe with espresso

Found clump of hair in shower and on sink faucet, power went out which seems to be the norm every time I travel. Small things.

Construction noise from renovation.

Clean by Honduran standards. Helpful manager although he does not speak English. He will call his granddaughter in London if needed for translation. Minibus to Honduras passes by right out front.

Single rooms with shared bathroom are in basement. Window that can't be closed with nearby roosters crowing hourly from 12am onwards. Cold showers. Not in town center but not far to walk either. No mirror above sink or in room.

Staff was nice

Bed was comfortable and the entire room was perfectly clean. Mostly pretty quiet. They contacted a taxi to take me to the bus station.

No hot water from shower, wifi was slow in the room, could hear "things happening" from other guests rooms at night. Bed made loud creaking sounds.

I was met at the front desk by a lovely lady who was very helpful and kind. The hotel is family run. They speak English which was extremely helpful. When I mentioned the wifi wasn't working in my room, the matter was quickly dealt with and a change of rooms was offered but became unnecessary. There is a common veranda with a pretty view of the city. The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants and is in a safe location. As a female travelling solo, that was very important to me. Breakfast was delicious and they even made me dinner one night as I was too tired from walking all day. The owner drove me to the bus station for a small fee which was greatly appreciated. The hotel is newly renovated and clean. The bed comfortable and the AC worked great. I would recommend this hotel 100%.

There is no lift. I stayed in the top floor so there were a lot of stairs to climb. The wifi was a bit spotty at times.

The owners were extremely friendly, we became good friends.

The staff was great! bathroom had hairs in shower drainage. Toilet was a little plugged. Beds were clean and area. A little loud in hallways.
