The amazing breakfast and friendly staff

Einchecken online war problemlos. Garage direkt zwischen beiden Hotels ist Super. Das Restaurant kann man wirklich empfehlen.

Die Schlüsselcodierung mit Self-Check-in hat am Terminal nicht funktioniert. Eine freundliche Dame vom Restaurant hat uns die Schlüssel dann am PC freigegeben.

Das Personal war sehr kompetent und auch nett. Da wir früh los musste, wurde das Frühstück extra früher für uns geöffnet, sodass wir noch was essen konnten, bevor wir los sind. Super! :)

The facilities are clean and tidy.

It took a long time to check in. There are two machines, but one is broken. The other one takes a very long time and is not authenticated in the end. The staff disappeared somewhere as soon as the customer arrived. I called the inquiry center as a customer who was in line, but they only said they didn't know. I was told to wait on the phone because they would check, but the call was cut off. After an hour and a half, the staff who had gone somewhere returned and I was finally able to check in. There was no apology or anything. I want my time and money back.

the automatic self check in is difficult if you had internet/phone issues. I did not see the free wifi note till my 5th attempt at getting in. without a phone I would have been unable to access the building… there is the option to do this ahead of time but I did it early( so that did make it easier) but forgot to finalise before arrival. very few staff and no information in the room also made it feel isolated

I booked there because of the reviews on the restaurant, it didn't disappoint at all. Very luxurious installations for a 3 stars hotel. More of a 4 stars. Very new and clean. Only in a few details you get a lower rating, (see 'what I did not like').

Nothing really bad... Comfortable bed although not so robust ( you will feel any movement of your partner), breakfasts was compleet and decent but nothing special... yet, for a 3 stars hotel, it is more than fair. Tip, take picture of your room details during the automatic check-in so you will not miss the number of your room since it will not be recover in your email or anywhere else, (as far as I know).
