Det er en flot restaureret bygning med gode lejligheder. Og Møn er et dejligt sted, når man kan lide at gå ture i smuk natur. Det er derfor fjerde gang vi er der

Sammenlignet med første gang vi var der, hvor vi blev budt velkommen af en begejstret vært (da var stedet lige åbnet) er det desværre gået nedad bakke. Det er mange småting, men samlet gør det at opholdet ikke er de mange penge værd. Følgende ting har betydning for vurderingen: - Følelsen af at være velkommen mangler helt. Upersonligt i forhold til tidligere. Ingen kontakt til værten. Ingen reception, restaurant lukket. Fejl: - Vi fik først varme et døgn efter vi havde klaget via booking.com chat. Det var åbenbart en overraskelse at temperaturen udenfor var faldet den 5 oktober. - Ventilator/udluftning i baderum virkede ikke. - Uret på væggen skal have skiftet batteri. - WC-skylleknap sætter sig fast så vandet løber. Forbedringsmuligheder: - Mikroovn og fryser ville være dejligt at have. - Kogeplader umoderne og svære at justere - Hvad med lidt blomster udenfor eller andet, der kan bløde lidt op på de kolde ståltrapper

The location but nothing else.

We paid for a deluxe room which cost more than a lovely hotel in Copenhagen. We got a dark cupboard, dirty old shower, no tea/coffee in the room, no English TV channels, no restaurant or cafe (as advertised) and no reception to speak with anyone. Dreadful experience and we left after 1 night despite paying for 2. Stay far away from this place!

The location is lovely and easy to find with plenty of parking.

The apartment had no lounge, so only place to sit was at the little dining table, 2 of the dining table chairs were so wobbly we couldn’t use them and there was no toaster. It was very basic.

The apartment was clean and well furnished.

No staff, no outside space.

The location was great. Big, spacious apartment. Having a fan was helpful.

Checking in was strange. We never received a unit number in our email. We only received a code to enter at the lockbox for the apartment, but didn't know which apartment it was. We waited around for other people to check in, and luckily a young lady helped out. She called the emergency number and spoke to the staff (in Danish). If it were not for her, I'm not sure what we would have done. I guess we would have waited for other people to check in!

A fan in the room.

Not one person available to talk to, stark room, no tea, coffee, or any amenities. Soap was empty in shower, restaurant closed. It felt like a former nursing home, like an institution, complete handrails along all the hallways. To top it off, very expensive.

The location is the best part about the stay. Not very far from restaurants, and from nature. Access to good sized, shared kitchen

The on-site restaurant and cafe were closed for renovation. Had I known this, I would not have booked the stay.

We very much enjoyed our one-night stay in Stege. Though no hotel staff was present to check us in, (perhaps since we were visiting during the off-season), we found our key easily and entered our room without issue. The room itself was cozy and clean, with a nice shower and everything necessary to be comfortable. Best of all, our room was located right off the shared kitchen area (wonderfully equipped with everything needed to prepare a simple meal) and we saw no other guests so we had everything to ourselves. The kitchen and dining space were tidy, modern, and spotless. I imagine that during the summer “high” season, however, it may be a bit noisy to have a room next to this particular area of the hotel.

Our room overlooked an active parking area; since there were so few guests that evening, it would have been nice to have a better view if one was available.
