Everything !!! From the amazing smell that greets you on entrance, the friendly efficient staff, the location and decor . I wouldn’t change one thing about the hotel . Only that I had to leave once my stay was over 🥲

Gorgeous gardens, large comfortable room, delicious food and exceptional staff

Room was a good size with a balcony overlooking the town. Quiet location. Terraced garden with lots of seating in various quiet spaces. The bar menu was good and reaosnably priced. I had a massage which was excellent and good value by a physiotherapist who was very knowledgeable.

The drive up to the hotel has 5 hairpin bends on a narrow roads. I left the driving to my partner and they weren't keen to drive it at night. The hotel has lots of steps throughout and would be difficult for anyone with mobility difficulties. There is another narrow road that takes you directly into the town which we walked down and had a stiff climb back up. There are no taxis in the town and although Booking.com says there is a shuttle service, this doesn't exist.

People in the room above us were very noisy, particularly after midnight! Could hear a lot of movements of furniture and walking around the floor!! Quite strange considering the time of night..

Friendly service, beautiful views and amazing garden

We enjoyed the area in the castle where our room was. The restaurant food was excellent. Staff were friendly and very helpful

Room was , lovely , beautiful view , phone was not working , was was still not working when we left.,

Breakfast was only so so, Water was not boiled from machine , tea was not nice , boiled eggs not properly cooked , white part watery, I feel they could offer a better breakfast for the price

Lovely old castle, absolutely worth it! You can just spend a day walking around the castle or just enjoy the views and hot tub in the room.

Very quiet small village, good for one day walking around.

The views and food are both of the highest order. A large room with equally large comfortable bed was also had.

Amazing place, especially if you are looking for a relaxing stay. We loved everything. A beautiful hilltop castle, offering a splendid view and plenty of cosy corners to sit around. The bar is open any time until late evening and offers a wide variety of delicious snacks, dishes and drinks. The restaurant was very good also. There are several of charming Andalusian villages and trekking trials to explore in the area. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. Will definitely come back.

Lovely receptionist who was very informative and helpful. Good size room with comfy bed and large outdoor terrace.

Breakfast was over priced and a very poor selection. Room hadnt been cleaned properly, we found some antiseptic cream a previous guest left behind.
