The property was like a home away from home. It was so peaceful, homely and had everything we needed and more! Breakfast was beautiful with it being personalised and ready for you.

If you are looking for a quiet place in Cannes with 11 min walking distance to the centre, easy and relaxed atmosphere - book here! Fanny and her family are lovely, welcoming and very good hosts. Loved the place

The host and her family were super kind and friendly. The rooms were clean and had lots of rooms for a family of 4. The breakfast was the best I have ever had. The cakes and compote were delicious. The little seating areas were beautiful. My children loved the toys that were provided.

It was like staying at a friend’s house. Very family friendly. Amazing service! The breakfast was delicious. I will certainly come back again.

My partner and I had the best night staying at Franny’s B&B! We wish we booked our stay for longer. She greeted us after our long morning of travel with a cappuccino and muffins. The French breakfast was amazing, plants were beautiful, room was comfortable and views were wonderful!

Great French style breakfast (choice for in-room breakfast). Large and clean room. The hotel lady was very helpful with our bags and allowed us to use bathroom after check out.
Steep stairs after the entrance gate. It’s fine as the hotel lady helped us with our luggage. Location in a residential neighborhood so need to walk a bit to city center.

Great breakfast. 10 min walk from Cannes train station (uphill). The host was really nice and let us have a late checkout. The room was tidy.

the staff was very friendly and helpful! the bed and pillows were super comfortable and the whole vibe was great. I loved that the owner sent us a message in advance that the room was ready to check in!

We felt immediately welcomed by Fanny upon arrival. She made sure our room was ready for early check in, and gave us flexibility to check out a bit later. We absolutely loved the breakfast and relaxed vibe this place had!

Very calm and friendly. Fanny was so accommodating and welcoming. There was nothing she couldn’t help with. I wish I had stayed longer!
The rooms are more expensive during the film festival, so will try to book ahead next time!

The breakfast was incredible I will dream about it for the rest of my life! Fanny was an amazing host.
Only tiny complaint was my bed could have been a little more comfortable- but the room was so amazingly decorated that I didn't mind much.

Fanny is so warm and welcoming and made us feel instantly at home. The terrace is the highlight and we thoroughly enjoyed eating up there both in the evening and the morning. We only wish we had booked earlier so we could have stayed longer than one night!

The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were extremely comfortable. The rooms have great privacy. The breakfast is great and the hosts, Fanny and Max, are 120% available for any questions or requests. Overall, we’ll be sure to come back.
