The room sizes were small and cramping, the ambiance wasn’t very welcoming but the worst part was that I got food poisoning from a meal I had from the restaurant.

It’s clean and well located. Comfortable bed as well. We stayed one night before an early flight so it did the job.

Not a great neighbourhood.

WE love the location near Heathrow, the rooms are always as expected wherever you stay. Staff is helpful and cheerful. Food and beverage in the hotel was lovely.

Location,but still pretty remote place away from everything…no supermarket or anything around it, except the gas station and the small convenience store at the gas station. The room was nice, clean, quiet and comfortable.

The staff are great in their helpfulness. A really good team.

The phone in the room wouldn't allow me to connect with reception although this was nothing major!

I stayed one night, got to and from by taxi, you can use the bus but with a lot of luggage that is harder. I had room and breakfast. Breakfast was ok.

The dinner in the restaurant was terrible. I had the flame grilled burger. For 29GBP I was expecting something pretty good. The burger patty was tiny, clearly frozen, very poor quality, and hadn't been near a flame, ever. The chips were the most anemic I have ever had. needed another 5 minutes in the fryer. The bun was wet and broke apart and the staff were poor. Oh and they got the order wrong. If this had been cheap then you would have to say, fair enough. But it wasn't, it was very very poor. I wouldn't eat at this restaurant.

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Very close to bus stops for access to Heathrow.

I booked 2 night because we were arriving at 0600 in the morning. Obviously this was so to ensure our room would be available. It was not. The receptionist told me that the hotel was fully booked the previous night and we would have to wait for housekeeping. The hotel was aware that we would be arriving very early in the morning. This means that the room I had booked and paid for had been sold twice. No apology was offered nor any compensation. I consider this to be very poor. The restaurant was unable to cater for Coeliac dietary requirements. Most of the food in bought in frozen and reheated. They did have gluten free bread.

Convince to get to the airport and the restaurant downstairs. Food was lovely and wait staff pleasant.

When we booked a taxi for the morning to catch our flight the Front desk staff did not advise of a fixed rate. 25 pounds is a joke for a 5-6 minute drive to the airport. If the staff had told us of this fixed rate it would’ve been appreciated.

Quiet and clean. Minimal food options but we are at a local pub. A short walk to catch the shuttle bus to Heathrow terminals

Great location, only 10 mins from the Terminal we needed by bus. Super comfy beds, nice, spacious room. The decoration was fun and quirky which added to the experience. Had everything we needed.

The restaurant food was ok, not bad but not worth the price they charge.
