Отель удачно расположен: 5 минут до пляжа, 10 минут до центрального магазина. На крыше небольшой бассейн с джакузи, лежаки и столики. В номере есть все удобства, включая смарт-тв с YouTube и Netflix. Владелец отеля на ресепшен очень отзывчивый и приветливый. Убирают чисто. Не шумно.

Clean friendly

The property was clean, well located and the owner/manager (Saria) is helpful in all regards. This hotel shall be your base once in the Phuket area. They keep your heavy luggage for free while you are in exploration mode.

Very clean hotel, the room was absolutely spotless in terms of cleanliness one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at. The tv in the room was excellent. Location of the hotel was excellent, 5 minutes walking from Bangla road many food options close by and Jungceylon was 5 minute walk away as well where you can get food and shopping. The room was very nice and comfortable and the owner was a very helpful man who was always attentive and very helpful called a taxi on our last day. Overall I would stay at this hotel again when I come to Phuket :)

Nothing major, just would prefer if there was one time use slippers. And the cleaners threw away my cologne boxes which I stored my colognes in.

パトンビーチまで徒歩でいける。 安定して温かいシャワーが浴びることができる。屋上のプールサイドからカウントダウンの様子がバッチリ観れるので人混みの嫌な人はオススメ

何度も停電する→直ぐに復旧しますが停電中は温かいお湯が出ない

I just loved my stay at this hotel it is very comfortable and Sari is an absolute gem he will do anything to make your stay very comfortable this was the best hotel I stayed in in Phuket I highly recommend this hotel

the hotel was vey clean and in a perfect location not far from the beach and in the middle of everything. Owner of the hotel was super professional and help me and my family with everything. He even helped me get the eye glasses I left in a taxi. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel.

Rooms finished to a high quality, good bedding and shower you’d expect in very high end hotel. very convenient location but but set back from main road so quiet. Sari was an excellent host, a family run feel to the hotel not just another commercial chain.

Everything, I often travel to phuket bit I never enjoyed the hotel that much even on expensive resorts. Abu Tarek the manager was caring like a member of the family, giving us great advices and addresses. Very comfortable and well decorated room and exceptionally clean. The location is perfect on the main street. It was quiet so not disturbed while sleeping. I highly recommend this hotel if I could give more stars I will it was excellent Thank you Abu Tarek and Bab alhara for this great stay.

Nothing everything was perfect

Bab Alhara is one of the best hotels I have stayed in recently. The staff are so friendly and helpful that they are definitely willing to make your stay unforgettable. The hotel was clean and I enjoyed my stay there. Abo Tarek, the owner of the hotel, is a really great owner, where he did his best to make sure that I enjoyed my visit to Patong, Phuket. Definitely will come back to this hotel for sure, I do recommend everyone to stay in this hotel.

Amazing location. Super cool owner. Very specious and nice Lebanese/Arabic style rooms. And most of all, felt very safe. Terrace pool is amaaazing! Just that Rooms on lower lever doesn't have any good views.

manager was very helpful and provided great service. The hotel itself is beautiful and the photos on Booking don’t do it justice! It really is stunning. The pool area on the 9th floor is brilliant! The perfect spot to relax and swim with privacy! The small details really do complete your stay here,the cleaners provided fresh towels daily, and stocked up water and tea and coffee (which is free£ in our room daily we didn’t even need to ask!

Newly refurbished, room was very good . Garden View ( mature trees which I liked due to wild life to be able to watch).

Due to being recently opened after covid closure. The hotel didn't feel fully staffed. Front desk wasn't manned at the times you'd expect.
