Clean:, cute, nice area. Balcony for "smokers" but we non-smokers enjoyed it every day too. Our room was non-smoking and was perfectly fine. Although it's above a bar /restaurant (which can also be a plus) it was quiet when we were there on a Sunday and Monday in mid June 2023. Parking on the street was also easy to find then.

Beware, the stairway leading up is the narrowest hallway / staircase I've ever seen. But if you have a large suitcase, the strong man at the desk will help you. 😊

Best place I've stayed in Zagreb. Bathroom was very modern. Room was clean and tidy. Staff were helpful and check-in was simple. It's above a quiet bar but you really don't hear any noise or disturbance. The area is chill and residential.

WiFi works but a little temperamental if you need to do e.g. video calls. Nearest restaurants and facilities are about 10 minutes' walk away.

The room was good, very clean with good facilities. A café and a bar downstairs.

The room is high upstairs with a narrow staircase which is a bit uncomfortable when you have big luggage.

24 hour check in is good, servise is good.

price for appartment is expensive and for breakfast too.

Clean guesthouse around 5 minutes by train from the city centre. If you have just missed the train you can take a bus and then connect to a tram which takes around 20 minutes. The manager is extremely friendly and the place is clean and well-managed. On the ground floor is a nice cafe/pub where you can play darts with the locals. Good value for money.

The staff are very kind and attentive, they will do everything to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. The room was spacious, and had everything I needed.

The location is not walking distance, but a train gets you to the center in 10 minutes!

there is a busy loud bar on the first floor and lots of cigarette smoke. some of the smoke comes upstairs where the rooms are.

Great place to stay with everything that you need nearby. The staff was great especially one named Leon he was very helpful and informative about the city. A very hospitable/welcoming place.
