Great location not far from Savonlinna and in the famous Kerimäki village. I was really impressed with both exterior and interior of the hotel. Even in-door and on-window locks look authentically. The breakfast is tasty and provides a variety of meals typical for such kind of facilities. Room was clean and well served for me at the moment of arrival. I've noticed the hotel is quite popular as there was a noticeable number of quests There is a number of POI in there, first of all, the Kerimäki kirkko. It definitely worth to visit

Just two things could be improved somehow I guess. First, as it a historical building, there is no AirCon, and it is reasonable But anti-mosquito net on the windows could be definitely welcomed (or, may be, some kind of fumigator) And there is no lock inside a lavatory / shower room, so you need to check if there anyone inside (by knocking, or checking shower sound)

vintage atmosphere and very kind host!

The host was very friendly and welcoming, it is so rare to actually see a person and not a key box! She was helpful, and very arranging, as she made breakfast early because we had to leave really early (btw very nice breakfast). The place was lovely and well decorated.

It is a very good weekend stay in Kerimaki. The host is very kind and the room is clean and comfortable. we hope to come again next time..

Lovely historic building with a large high-roof room. Hosts are very friendly and allowed us to use their kitchen to cook our diner. Good breakfast included. In the room we stayed in, the wifi-connection failed but in the communal part of the building wifi was good and fast. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this place!
