Es un hermoso hotel campestre, cómodas habitaciones que incluyen jacuzzi, balcón, cama king, decoraciones cuidadosamente seleccionadas que hacen la experiencia en el hotel muy agradable, el staff siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos 24/7, también adquirimos algunos servicios del spa y consideramos que es un excelente plan para relajarte con tu pareja. sin duda volveremos

The place far exceeds Colombian quality standards for lodging..its more on par with Switzerland with excellent facilities and modern furnishings including a spa tub inside the room The host also went out of her way to accomodate my late midnight arrival caused by construction traffic jams en route from Medellin

The most friendliest host and staff I have ever encountered and I travel A LOT! They bring back what I have missed of what’s expected of Custer service. The massage was fantastic, ladies took really good care of me and my fiancé. I’ve never had such an awesome massage, they did everything including our head, face, eyes, all! Extremely professional and smooth.

Really hard to come up with anything, honestly.

Fabulous shower and bed. Everything spotless and comfortable. They have a cosy chair to lounge on. It was a luxury to have a jacuzzi in the room! Staff were happy friendly people and gave us good recommendations. Parking is secure.

Dinner is offered at the hotel, but no veggie options are available. Staff apparently couldn't adjust any of their existing options to make them veggie-friendly, even though we stayed 2 nights which gave them time to prepare something. We had to leave early morning for a hike, which fell before breakfast hours. Since breakfast was included in our booking, but we couldn't eat because it was too early, it would have been nice if staff provided us with something the night before that we could bring with us (fruit, granola, etc.). Overall, the food bit was a bit unaccommodating. Entering and leaving the property with our car was a bit of a nuisance, as we always had to manually ask staff to open the gate when we entered/left. However, at least it was secure and they had no problems doing it.

Spectacular service - they really went above and beyond to make us comfortable and help us book activities outside of the hotel. Spotlessly clean, large, lovely rooms. We would definitely recommend!
