Ubicación excelente con unas vistas INCREÍBLES. Muy cerca de la playa y del centro. Piso muy completo con todo lo que se puede necesitar para la estancia y más. Javier nos facilitó sillas y sombrillas para la playa incluso. El dueño super amable nos atendió genial en todo momento y nos ayudó a hacer el proceso del check-in y check-out super fácil adaptándose muy bien a nuestros horarios. Un diez de alojamiento.

El ascensor del edificio es pequeño y no va muy bien pero esto no consigue opacar la experiencia debido a que el piso supera con creces las expectativas.

I can honestly say nothing

It was a wonderful location with views of the port and the promenade. Very close to the market and shops on foot. The apartment was large and spacious with some nice furniture and lots of personal items. We were there over Christmas and Javier was happy for us to use the special family crockery and glasses to make our meal special. The outdoor balcony was comfortable and there was always something to see. We stayed almost a month and were very happy with the facilities and Javier's responsiveness to our needs. He also ordered an Amazon firestick so that we could watch Netflix and Amazon using our own accounts. The parking was nearby in a very safe and secure location at additional cost. This is not a "modern" apartment but I would highly recommend it to give a real feel for living in the town of Denia. Whilst some of the equipment was a bit old everything worked.

We would have liked 2 showers. There is one full bathroom with a shower and toilet and a second toilet. The seating in the lounge was comfortable but a bit low. Might be a problem if you have knee issues.

We spent a fabulous week in Denia, and a good part of the overall positive impression was due to the flat we stayed in. It is extraordinary: the space (perfect for 5 people but It can take up to 7, I reckon), the lights, the cleanliness, the facilities and of course the view. It was spectacular! The property location is also a great bonus: within 5-10 minutes you can reach everything by foot: a sandy beach (we wish there were more facilities but it does not have anything to do with the flat), a supermarket, Denia Castle and historic centre and the restaurants. There are plenty of those in the easy walking proximity. The host was extremely welcoming and always in contact with useful tips and advice. We will 100% come back!
