Clean spacious and exceptionally presented. Everything was available and centrally located for all activities. Very highly recommended for couples and families.

Carolyn very generously allowed us to stay an extra complimentary night given we had missed the ferry and missed our first night's stay, which we were hugely grateful for.
Yolla is well-positioned, beautifully maintained, and feels loved. Beds were comfy and warm, with electric blankets throughout, and living areas were comfy and clean.
Despite advertising that suggested no WiFi, we found Yolla does indeed have WiFi which allowed us to stream 'Bluey' for the kids, a definite win!
Overall we had a really nice stay, and the kids loved it. Would definitely stay again.
My only suggestion would be to add an outdoor hose/tap to rinse sand off wetsuits and beach toys, so we don't track sand inside. I hope we left it clean enough!

The facilities in the house were very good. It had everything we needed. The location was close to Pennicott boat trip.
View of the beach was only from the top floor. Advertised as "beach views" I thought it had beach views from the main area.

The location gave us opportunity to experience exotic wildlife right outside our door. A white wallabi decided to drop by and say hi. The facilities in the house were thorough, was very convenient and blissful. The house was extremely clean, well presented and inviting in all aspects.
The photos looked like there would be uninterrupted view of the beach, however there were houses in front of the house which impeded the full view of the beautiful shoreline.

A spacious, very well furnished and immaculately clean house right at the beachfront, just a short drive from walks and Adventure Bay shops and restaurant. Wallabies grazing and hopping right in front of the house were a bonus!

The location was stunning the accommodation was exceptional and we wished we could have stayed longer.

Great location with views over the bay. We attended in winter and the host had already put the heaters on so it was nice and warm when we arrived. Good facilities and size for a group or a family. I would recommend this property.

A lovely well equipped house just across the road from the beach with sea views and views to the creek behind where the wallabies graze. Well located, near to the shop and a great cafe/restaurant.

perfect location. right across from the beach. house had everything we needed for a 3 night stay.
the mozzies 🫣 unfortunately if you leave windows and doors open late afternoon and into the evening you will be invaded. it was warm during our stay. we were thankful for the AC.

The house could be cleaner for a house at this price-point.
Hair dryer in main room was broken and dangerous, with inlet filter missing - my partners hair was sucked in and a chunk of hair and scalp pulled off - many tears! see photo!

the location was great, it was furnished with everything you would need., the kitchen was beautiful and clean, great comfy beds. was very happy with beautiful warm throws when the power blacked out to keep us warm.
would have been nice to have a few torches and more water when we lost power.
