La gente de recepción Greydi, excepcionales, atentisimos!!... tal vez la comida sin sabor!!... peto los neseros y las bebidas excelentes!!!

La comida,falta capacitar a los chefs, por ejemplo: lis chilaquiles,duros,sin sabor,faltando epazote( que podría ser al gusto), los pastelillos sin sabor,recomiendo les agreguen canilla,etc,saborizantes, bueno ni los helados tenían sabor

We loved how many food options were available to us and pools. Also front desk very organized and super helpful. Buffet was great only was missing kosher section.

There were not beach access unfortunately. Our room was not cleaned for 1 full day and in general only once a day was cleaned(which is okay but still). Our friends were on the other floor and they had great cleaning service.

The Daysi location was right by the kids pool which was perfect for us. Large variety of food in the buffet and various other restaurants.

Staff were super friendly. We were interested in learning about their membership and the staff member was great until we decided to wait until our next visit to join, then he ignored us and walked away like a toddler throwing a temper tantrum. Had he reacted differently we would have requested we deal with him when we came back and joined in the future.

Unfortunately our honeymoon ended in a upsetting manner, after being so happy to arrive and celebrate our honeymoon at this lovely resort. Construction directly above our room. Which was a privilege swim up room. Upon arrival we were not advised that works were being carried out directly above our room. The construction went for 24 hours a day our whole stay. There was no end time. Most nights we would have to take sleeping tablets as loud construction, radio and worker chatter/yelling would go till atleast 3am/5am. Our balcony and clothes were covered in tiling cut offs and dust. No communication this was happening to inform us of this. Advised several staff to no outcome. Multiple videos of noise to prove this. Italian restaurant: One night whilst we were eating at the inclusive Italian restaurant, we were pressured into a private romantic dinner, in an exclusive area, exclusive menu. We originally agreed and wanted to have this on Thursday night, was told by Diego we can’t, because he isn’t working that night, had to be Wednesday. (commission based I presume) Made me sign, did not advise once that after signing there was no cancellation or that my room was charged instantly. We were very pressured into this. Tried to cancel straight away, told because I had signed not possible, despite the fact that nothing unique was being done for us, which was evident upon arrival that romantic night. Upon arrival for the dinner that we did not want to attend because we felt mislead, asked do we want to sit inside or outside. No special area. We were sat behind the service desk, not even 1 meter away from where we sat the previous night. No special menu, no private area, and the server himself Diego who pressured us to be there, did not even approach us once, so why were we pressured to be there whilst he was working. He showed us pictures of the private romantic area we would be sat at, this clearly didn’t happen.
