Fantastic location in the very hip Le Panier area. Close to many fabulous restaurants and cafes and a comfortable stroll to the port. Beautiful views from the terrace in this well equipped apartment. Marseilles surprised in every way and we could see why it is becoming a hot destination for food and design lovers,and you will really feel like a part of the community in this top floor stay. Tienne (who met us) was incredibly helpful and organised.

The bathroom has a damp smell

This property is in an excellent location in the Le Panier region of Marseille. It is very easy to get to all the main tourist attractions by foot. We loved the area. The property was clean and spacious for a family of four. it was lovely to have the outside balcony to sit on and admire the view of the city and sea. Property was modern and well maintained. Area felt safe with lots of interesting shops and lovely cafes and restaurants. Bothaina was very accommodating and helpful and provided us with useful information about the city to make our stay more enjoyable.

The stairway to the property is not for the faint hearted! 70 steps on a very steep spiral incline which is being held up by props and scaffolding. We were made aware of this prior to booking. this property would not suit anyone with any fitness of mobility issues. WiFi and TV did not work throughout our stay and was not fixed. the property lacks basics such as tea towels and dishwasher tablets and washing up equipment. It would have been good to have these in as standard. would also benefit from more glasses and mugs.

it was a death trap going up those stairs with all the scaffolding … we were told in advance the stairwell was under repair but not to this extent … also the beds were quiet dangerous. only two towels provided har to go buy washing detergent which I thought would be supplied to wash clothes and only one tea towel and no hand towels just little things but they would be useful
