RIAD exceeded our expectations. The room was amazingly large and comfortable, the courtyard was beautiful in a garden setting and Francesco was the ultimate host who accommodated our every need. It was a great location..a two minute walk into the centre and the beach. We loved it and did not want to leave!

Perfect location, Awesome breakfast, beautifully furnished, huge comfy room and eco-friendly facilities. The staff was kind, friendly and really helpful. Being locals they could point us to the best restaurants and hidden gems along the coast. Thanks Francesco and family keep up the good work!

Nothing to say really... It's really perfectly located and it's just a pity we stayed only 4 nights. You don't really need a car to move around and they could have organized an airport transfer for us.

Francesco was an amazing host, the most accomodating and welcoming employee that we met during our trip throughout Sicily. The breakfast was amazing and the facilities were beautiful, clean and very close to the beach.

Loved everything, RIAD is really well decorated throughout. The staff is very lovely and caring and can accommodate any requests. We felt at home. The breakfast was amazing with different food variety everyday and everything fresh.

Although we were visiting San Vito/Riad for the first time, we felt like visiting an old family friend - that’s how appreciated we were. The manager and the personnel were super caring and friendly and it made the stay so relaxed and wonderful! The hotel is very authentic and has very warm atmosphere. The owner genuinely cares about the guests and it is too humble for how great service he offers. I loved everything about the hotel - from the location (walking distance from the city center & beach is just around the corner) to the local Thank you Team Riad! ❤️

Francesco has done an incredible job building a great place to stay with a lot of personality and great details. We would recommend going out of your way just to stay in this beautiful place, it is one of the best stays we have ever had. Also, Francesco was really helpful, welcoming and happy to tell us all about Sicily, thanks a lot for your time and dedication!

One of the best hotels we have ever been to. We spent one week of our honeymoon there and had the best time. The hotel is clean, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Its located next to the beautiful beach and easy to reach also by car. We loved spending time at the roof-top terrace or in the patio. The hotel is quiet new and was designed in a mix of arabic and sicilian style. Francesco, the owner is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely go again if we are planning a next trip to Sicily and we also will recommend the hotel to friends and family.

It is super clean and in a great location. Very accommodating staff and the breakfast was lovely! The decor is gorgeous and the location couldn’t get any better. Our only complaint is that we could not stay longer!

Property had a lot of style and atmosphere - courtyard and particularly the terrace - great views ! (Nobody seemed to use it either !) Francesco was a great host and a credit to the hotel industry ! Service with a smile and advice on restaurants etc . Room was spacious and in a great location near to beach.

I don't even know where to begin with this beautiful place! Before we even arrived, I let the owner know we would be coming for my husband's birthday. He went out of his way to write my husband a happy birthday note and leave a bottle of wine for him on his special day. When we first got there, we were offered a drink to unwind and chill. The owner let us know all about the property and gave us a map with many different local, recommended places to visit (we visited them all, highly recommend the bar that is on there. Great place!). After, we were let in to our room. I am a huge clean freak, and the room was spotless! It also smelt so incredible. There was everything we could have wanted from shower shoes to a complimentary gift bag that had beach towels in it. The breakfast each morning was so great-- some items varied by the day but each one was so good! We were able to take advantage of the free bike rentals which was great to cruise around the town, stopping at different bars and shops to check things out. You see bikes everywhere so it was cool to be able to try it out. Also, one morning we were going hiking at the nearby reserve, and the owner brought us thicker towels to take with us. His attention to details and want to make you feel at home and taken care of has been unforgettable. The place is about 1 minute from the beach (literally right around the corner) but you feel so secluded and private once your inside the property. It's a mini paradise. Me and my husband have literally travelled the world and stayed at hundreds of different hotels and airbnbs and this was by far the best and most memorable place we have stayed thus far. If it is available, book it!! You will not regret it, and it will be the highlight of your trip. Thanks again for taking such good care of us, and we will most definitely be back!!
