Location is good, staff is nice and friendly.

Sound insulation is not good

they have such a kind and helpful staff. i like the location it is near a night market, easy to locate. they clean and replenish the things in the room daily. very good design, vintage interior-very unique. food is great. laundry room is perfect.

the family room is not so spacious, I’m expecting more for their family room. food is not changing-it is the same daily. Some staff doesn’t know english. there is No Bidet.

Good Location.

The concierge don't allow me to storge luggage in the hotel due to I didn't book the room for coming day. Because I am going to Southern part of Taiwan and don't know when I come back to Taipei. Maybe 2 or 3 days. He told me he cannot accept the luggage and ask for the deposit TWD2000, I pay for that. He attitude very bad. The young guy who wear spectacular.

1 room design. how can the bed placed just beside the toilet? this is so unhygienic. 2. dark room lighting.

Good location and affordable . The staffs were really helpful and friendly.

The room decor was really weird. Got the room with a giant horse wallpaper and it took some time to get used to it. Not enough area to hang coats as well (no wardrobe). The Aircon and ventilation was hard to control and stuffy. For the price you paid, you can't really complain much tho.

The room was pretty confy and the staff was easy to talk to.

There were dust in the room which is not what you expect from a 4* hotel.

It is conveniently located at ximen area with convenient stores near by. The amenities in the hotel were great too.

The breakfast options can be shuffled up as the selection every morning is the same.

Modern concept, clean, location is little far from the train station but pretty near to the streets of Ximending

You are unable to flash the toilet papers down the toilet bowl which is abit unhygienic and you are able to hear people walking outside the room. There is people smoking at the corridor too despite being non-smoking.

This is my 2nd time coming to this hotel. I like this hotel for its convenient location and design.

There was no revamp since my 1st time and staff was not helpful during the check-in. Breakfast was fair and waiters were not greeting me well. Innovation is needed. Not a good value for money.

i liked the location

there’s no shabu for breakfast anymore and no information about that. and now the automatic check-in system is fine but there was no explanation about where the room is… and the guest in the next room smoked all morning… i couldn’t even stay longer.

it is near Ximending, about 10 mins walk. the hotel is clean and nice, have interesting room design. There are many food options around.
