Great staff and beautiful grounds. Gio the owner was very available for any concerns. The manager is phenomenal at helping with issues. The duplex was spacious and great housekeeping.

we liked everything. Sometimes neighbors played loud music and programming at very early hours.

it’s located far from the main street so it’s quiet and relaxing. the stuff helped with renting a bike and organizing a transfer to the airport.

unfortunately i was disappointed by the rating of 4 stars, it is not definitely 4 stars, and the quality of a room does not match the expectations for the 4 stars establishment. a room was spacious and clean, but very basic and could use dome renovations. everything looks dated. rating on booking.com may not reflect the real satisfaction of the guess as the hotel offers discount to those who give it 10 points. what was very disappointing was that for the whole 6 nights stay the towels were not changed, cleaning was rather superficial. bathroom was no better than in a cheap hostel.

Amazing gardens that are very nice to just hangout in or work from. Also the pool is great. Host and staff is very welcoming and friendly. Enjoyed the rental service for my scooter, was so easy and it was brought right to me. Housing offered a lot of space (that was cleaned daily), AC was working perfectly and the bed was comfortable. They even have a small co-working area.

Shower was bit cold, but besides that nothing to complain about :)

All in all a great villa experience. Spacious bedrooms. Good location, away from the main road, but very quickly you can reach many points (massage, shops, cafes) on foot. The host was very friendly and always in touch. Thank you!

sometimes there was a damp smell in the shower A friend of ours had a back problem so extra bed didn't fit him, but all the pictures on booking match what we got. This is rather our inattention.

Brilliant place. Lovely spacious room, and the garden around the swimming pool is such a lovely place to chill out with a coffee or drink. Just a few minutes walk from Rawai beach but lots of bars and places to eat even closer than that. Gio the owner and Pui the site manager are so friendly and helpful - always keen to help you in whatever you need to enjoy your stay or discover Phuket. We stayed for a month and had a brilliant time. Highly recommended.

All staff was nice and helpful, the host welcomed us personally and provided the information on what to do. A 10-min walk to the restaurants and cafes. There was also a great massage nearby.

- We were given a room with an only entrance from the coworking. Quite frankly, I feel like it was a room for the staff rather than a hotel room, it didn't have any room number on. That was not what we had on the pics of our booking but as we were very tired, we didn't argue. The good part was we had fast access to kitchen, however, in the morning the voices from the coworking would wake us up almost every day. In the evening, some people would do English lessons and talk without headphones on until 11 PM. There's no sound isolation so you have to keep listening to any sounds. - We expected a kettle in the room as it was stated in the description, it wasn't there. It was in the coworking (rather a coffee maker than an actual kettle), but we really wanted it in the room. - NO sunlight at all due to very dark glass on all windows. You literally feel like you're in a basement. It's a budget room, I get it, but the 4 stars are totally irrelevant for this kind of comfort. - You can't lean backwards on the bed. Its metal frame makes it impossible. Whenever I wanted to read a book, I had to move to the sofa, which was also uncomfortable. - The king-size bed was composed of 2 different mattresses (left side was rigid like wood and right side very soft), which was strange. We moved to one side of it and didn't use the other. - No reception at all. We wouldn't care, it was just strange to check out by leaving the key in our room's door without anyone to check the facility. Many of these disadvantages would be absolutely understandable if it were a hostel or at least a 3-star hotel. We were just counting the days to move to another place.

Good size apartment and very friendly staff, close to ready aurante and beach good location but rawai area in general far from everything

toilet was not very clean, and need maintenance, the shower had very low pressure and was half stuck need cleaning, room very dark but due to the location of the apartment in the building, and no mirror, should put one in the bedroom or living room

The room was so quaint and smelled like new. The staff were really nice, they even hung my laundry to dry for me. The WiFi worked very well, the lighting was great, there was a small fridge and coffee making in the room. 3 minute walking distance to Rawai beachfront.

I dont like to complain but the bed was a little hard, could be better with a mattress topper or something.
