Fantastic location. Very secure building and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Our host was very accomodating and provided us with lots of useful information!

Mainly the location. The flat itself looked tired and unloved - with no wall decoration or carpeting. Didn't see anything of Irene after a first meeting. On the whole, the place was well equipped, but not at all comfortable

See above. But in addition, beds with no pillows is a positive disadvantage

The communication with Irene was excellent, who was very helpful and knowledgable and always available. the apartment was beautifully set out, comfortable and very situated close to shops and restaurants. It was a short walk to the beach which was pleasant. Can't wait to stay here again.

Unfortunately it didn't have any outside space but with everything being on your door step that wasn't such an issue.

Property was in a great location, very clean. It would have been nice if there was a bottle of water as we arrived late. The host was available at all times and promptly replied to any issues we had. It was wonderful that we could place our luggage in storage near the apartment

Dog barking during the night and early morning, but when we realised it was protecting an elderly homeless woman, we didn't mind

The apartment is perfectly located in a slightly quieter part of the old town. The market is literally across the road, serving amazing food for lunch and the best churreria it’s just five minutes walk away for breakfast The apartment itself is clean, modern and luxurious. I loved the calming decor and it was well equipped with a modern kitchen and bathroom. A lot of thought has clearly been put into the needs of potential visitors – in the drawers of the desk were power adapters for different countries. In the kitchen, there were little pots of single portion, olive oil – very useful as we were only staying a couple of days and a bottle would have been too much. we were well supplied with dishwashing tablets and laundry tablets, another thing would’ve been a waste to buy for such a short stay. Dishwashing soap and basic toiletries were also supplied. I like that, this is a modern apartment in an old building. There were original French windows with a lovely view over the rooftops of the old town. There is an elevator to reach the flat on the fourth floor and an amazing hidden car park underneath. last, but not least, the owner was very easy to get hold of via WhatsApp. She virtually talked us through the car parking and entry into the apartment, which was very much appreciated. All in all a perfect day in a beautiful city. Thank you.

The property was perfect! My only slight niggle is that car parking was tight, and as a result, I returned one day to find that the corner of my car had been scraped, presumably buy another car trying to park

The apartment smelled very bad, smell of stinky fish. That's why we had to keep the windows open all night. Because of that A bunch of mosquitoes came into the apartment and stung my children. One of the children had 15 stab wounds to his face as a result of which one eye was almost completely closed. After a sleepless night, I warned the manager of the apartment early in the morning anout our problem, but he did not answer the whole day. He only send the message in the evening with the explanation that “Booking” did not deliver my message to him. this behavior of the apartment manager is completely unacceptable, especially when you are staying in the apartment with small children.

It was a beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean. Great location. Very nicely decorated. Beds were really comfortable. Had a great stay.

It was code entry which worked perfectly for the outside door, unfortunately the code for apartment door did not work. After a short wait a person came and let us into the apartment.

This is a great apartment. It's in the old town and a short walk from ... everywhere (apart from the beach which is a short bus ride away). The apartment is well-appointed and very comfortable. We've been here twice (would have been three times but for the pandemic): the first time with two grown-up kids; the second time on our own. On both occasions, the apartment more than met our expectations. The apartment has a lovely terrace and we spent a lot of time sitting out. Sometimes, there can be some noise but this Spain and the streets are full of people. Given the location, few motor vehicles come anywhere near the apartment and this is a bonus. On the first occasion we came, it was the week before Semana Santa (but still quite a lot going on) and this time it was Feria (and I also got to see the Vuelta de Espania rolling through). There is always something going on in Malaga. Irene is really helpful and on hand via WhatsApp. I really cannot fault this apartment (or Malaga).

Location very central / great for exploring the city center.

Complicated check-in. Incomplete instructions. Unclear whether self-checkin, or meeting with someone at the location. Compensated by very responsive, helpful and quick support. When we arrived we had instructions on how to get into the apartment using a code, but the main door to the building was closed and locked, with no way of getting in. (If the concierge is there, the main door is open. If he's away, the door is locked.) Not recommended if you have a car. (E.g. you need to park your car illegally in the street outside, get the garage door remote control from the apartment on the 4th floor, then drive your car into the basement. On checkout similar: you need to park outside, bring the remote control back up to the apartment etc.) Apartment very good overall, but some minor issues. Internet did not work (possible to connect, but data rate extremely slow / unusable). No instructions for things like Microwave etc. Coffee machine: capules. (There is an espresso percolator, but it does not work with the induction cooker.) Pillows: too bulky, uncomfortable. Decor: matter of taste (not ours).

Quality of the furnishings, fantastic terrace and location - and the helpful staff particularly Irene. Lovely lady.
