Apartment was clean and spacious. Very central too.

We only stayed one night. The only thing that was missing is a fan. It was very hot when we were there and ended up sleeping with the windows open. We had noise from the cars all night long and mosquitoes. Other than that we had nothing to complain about.

Clean, warm and very spacious apartment with full equiped kitchen and super location. Few supermerkets (Spare, Billa) is in 3-5 minutes by feet. And big trading center Igy is 10-15 minutes by feet. And sure its old city part, main central square is nearby. Owner is easy to communicate so check-in/out process was comfy. Parking is near the apartment (payable hours 8.00-20.00 in working days only). So we liked it.

We enjoyed the bath, washing machine (but no drying rack until we asked for it to the owner). We appreciated a lot the fast answering of the owner and all the solutions he found to answer our requests.

The advert specified that there was a dishwasher however there was none in the appartement. Maybe a modification in the ad should be useful.

Huge apartmen with such a comfortable bed, nice living area and fully equiped kitchen. we really loved this nice flat.

It is a clean and spacious appartment, located very close to the city center. The decoration is nice. There is a cooling device, not an airco, that makes the heat bearable (at the time of our stay it was over 30°C outside).

The toilet took a very long time to fill. There was a nice bath tub, but there was no plug for it. It was not clear that the parking was not included. At an additional cost we rented a parking space located at a few minutes walking distance.

It was an incident happened and we were unable to get buses or trains from Prague to Cesky Krumlov (CK). We changed our destination to Cesky Budejovice (CB) instead of CK (switching itinerary). We're sending an email to the premises to ask to check in one day earlier from our actual date (but we didn't receive any response from them even we're reaching the premises. No check-in stuff there and we've to WhatsApp them to inform what has happened but they insisted wanna to charge us extra one day's rental. After with our explanations and negotiations. Finally we still have to pay extra 50% of daily rental. Even with our 3pm check in and 9am check out. Furthermore the heating in the premises is extremely low and not even feel the heat. We have to WhatsApp them to bring over the heating and it came almost 45 min after we asked

We really loved this apartment... it was so close to the centre and it felt instantly like home... on top of that the style of decoration was unique as a piece of art... definitely would recommend
