The lounge and kitchen were great. I ended up cooking dinner that night.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful town! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The included breakfast was at the Beccadelli Cafe next door and they had awesome pastries and coffee and a welcoming staff.
We weren't aware that we were sharing a common area with someone else until we arrived. We thought we were renting a 2 bedroom apartment. Fortunately, our roommate was quiet, clean and respectful of the space.

Fabulous town, very chilled and relaxed, great location, brilliant views and walks nearby
It's a help yourself breakfast, with vouchers to top up in a cafe. OK if you are happy to selfcater

The apartment is spacious, warm (it was very chilly outside) and comfortable. The wifi was stable, the hosts incredibly helpful while remaining out the way. I would stay here again.

Very courteous reception by owner. We were given vouchers for breakfast in the caffe next door but were also told to help ourselves to tea, coffee etc. in the kitchen. We were also told that we could check out till noon. We were with a motorbike and could park inside the cortile.
A group of very young people meeting outside were very noisy, but this only lasted till around 11.00pm. Then it was very quiet

A beautiful, spacious apartment. Extremely comfortable, centrally located in Sambuca. The interior design is fantastic - the photos really don't do the apartment justice. Exceeded all expectations.
