The room was very clean and the view was amazing. The staff was very kind and very helpfull. There is a restaurant underneath the hotel were breakfast, lunch and dinner is served, this is nice to have because there aren't many other restaurants close by.

The only thing that was a bit of a shame, was that there wasn't a completely vegetarian (no fish, meat or chicken) option on the menu, but the staff was really helpful and prepared an omelet with vegetables and potatos for us.

Excellent modern facilities..exceptional restaurant..lovely hosts ..family business located in a rustic stone cottage village where the locals grow and press their own grapes. Easy access to the waterfalls and hiking trails. Stunning area to visit.

A wonderful family run hotel in the heart of the National Park. The family run the hotel, restaurant, bar and small shop in the same building. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. We had a lovely view from the velux windows but other rooms - lower down- had balconies. No problem for us as we had lots of wonderful views as we walked the 14km circular path from the door. It was amazing! The food was wonderful, freshly prepared, tasty and plentiful. We thoroughly recommend this place!!

Superb Hotel, decent size room with comfy bed and very clean, bathroom had good size shower, would recommend people to stay here and a bonus for me is the receptionist spoke very good English. There is a restaurant down stair that is part of the hotel and the breakfast was very good. also has a small shop and bar next door which was ideal after a long motorcycle ride.

No problems with my stay in the hotel, just my satnav brought me in from Salamonde and through the small cobbled streets of Fafiao, which would of been a tight squeeze in a car but was fun on a motorcycle

The room was amazing, so cute and comfy, small nice details, like some complementary chocolates and nice declarations. Wonderful view on the mountain. Restaurant one of the best in Portugal..the best grilled fish I have tried. Staff was supper helpful, they help to get a taxi for us and opened the store so we could get some wine after hike

Maybe bathroom needs to be a little bit repainted
