Comfortable bed and bedroom. Good biscuits. Convenient parking and a great location for restaurants and motorway access.

Bathroom smelled of dampness. Skirting wood damp and rotten causing this I think. Also, the shower is fixed at a very high point and cannot be lowered. The mean showering took much longer than necessary. There was also a small bird flying about the top corridor.

Location for easy stop. Cinema, food options. Staff lovely.

Beds felt narrow.

Close to the motorway and plenty of places to eat and entertain in the leisure park.

A bit expensive for what it was

The room was fairly spacious and it gives you the possibility to slightly open the window which is always a plus. The staff was friendly and smiley.

The cleaning could have been done better, especially in the communal area. There is been a dirty napkin on the stairs for the full duration of our staying. There was no vendor machine at the entrance, is true that the pub was open until 10:30 but after that time there was no way to get a bottle of water.

Nothing it was good

Rooms perfect as normal, mattresses were on the hard side could do with a topper now for sure. And pillows needed upgrading as were showing signed of aged use.

one member of the team letting the pub element down, asked for a third cup as there were only 2 in the room - only to be shouted at that there was not enough crockery and we couldn't have one !! So we bought a coffee and took it to the room which solved that problem ... same member of staff let them down for our evening meal as well, however this was sorted with the manager who was understanding and helpful.
