Andrea was friendly!

This is a lovely, small apartment complex in a very quiet area. It was so relaxing and comfortable. Each apartment had their own little outside space which was lovely for us to sit and enjoy breakfast or snacks. The apartments are very well maintained and very clean. The pool area is small but a lovely size for the number of apartments. There was also lots of greenery around the pool which made for a very pleasant place to sit and relax. There were fresh towels left by the pool everyday which was very handy. Each apartment also had its own outside drying rack for swimwear and such. The air conditioning was very good, as was the shower temperature and water pressure. The kitchen had a 2 hob cooker, microwave, kettle, fridge, utensils, pots/pans and crockery. The location was very good - a 2 minute walk to a good sized supermarket and about a 10 minute walk from a larger one again. There is a cafe about a 5 minute walk away but I think it only served coffee and pastries. We had brunch one day in a lovely local cafe called Bacchus (about 10 min walk away). We got Ubers into the old town, (which cost about €7 I think) and the trip took between 20 and 30 mins. Lapad is a 15 minute walk away, which has the lovely 'Sunset Beach' aswell as many bars/restaraunts and shops. Would recommend checking out Cave Bar More, and also Pizzeria Papillion (I have a tomato allergy and they had many pizzas with non-tomato bases, so I was delighted:)) Our host Andrea was excellent, she was very friendly and quick to respond to any queries we had and also organised a taxi from and to the airport for us. (The taxi cost €40 each way). I would recommend this apartment to singles, couples, and families, if you are looking for a quiet relaxing base away from the hustle and bustle. Recommendations for Old Town: Restaraunt: Marco Polo - this has a beautiful intimate courtyard and has delicious food. Restaraunt: 1836 Dubrovnik- lovely food/views.

The area around the bed in our apartment was very tight, as the bed was in an alcove. I found it difficult to get in and out of the bed sometimes due to the tight space and being pregnant. I don't know if all the apartments have the same set up as this though, or if it was just the one we were in.

Stayed at St Thomas Sept 1st till 6th 2022 and I honestly couldn't fault this place, great location, great apartment and the lady that runs the apartments was amazing. I ended up being alone in Croatia last minute and wasn't going to stay longer then 1 night but this lady made me feel comfortable enough to stay the whole trip and I'm so glad I did. She was nothing but accommodating and helpful to any need I had. There's a supermarket 2 min walk from the apartment, pool area is lovely and relaxing towels provided too. Old town is a 45 min walk. Bars and restaurants around a 20 min walk with some beautiful views of the sunset and not to mention dubrovnik is STUNNING. I never really write reviews but this place definitely deserves all the credit it can get. Would 100 percent book again.

The host was friendly, and exceptionally helpful before and throughout the stay. The pool was clean (and very welcome in the heat), and the terrace was a lovely place to sit.

The kitchen was rather small and limited, and the sofa could have done with some more cushions, but these are very small things!

Andrea was a marvellous host! We were able to access the apartment earlier than we had anticipated and any request we made was dealt with extremely efficiently. The apartments and pool area are all spotlessly clean and it was a perfect option for our short trip.

the apartment was very clean and was ready early to check in. we had two big bedrooms one with twin beds shower was excellent the pool area was welcome after a hot day and towels provided . just used Uber to get into the Old Town . so quick and cheap - around £6-£7 great communication by the hosts

everything, we were absolutely spoilt for choice with location, room was amazing, pool was perfect, staff were so lovely and very friendly.

Sandra is simply magnificent! She went over an above the whole holiday for us, when we left our laptop behind she even drove it to the airport for us! She allowed us to use reception after check out time to enjoy our last day. The property was also great, lovely clean pool and very comfy bed!

Our apartment was really nice, clean and modern. It also had lots of kitchen utensils which was great for cooking. The apartment complex was really quiet with a lovely pool and was a short walk to the supermarket and restaurants. The staff were amazing and super friendly. I would definitely recommend!

Lack of storage for clothes,one very small wardrobe which was was nowhere big enough for two adults staying for 7 days , there was available space in the lounge area for a chest of drawers or even just open shelves Only a minor grumble though

This property was amazing. The rooms were so comfortable and each has there own little patio area with tables and chairs. The pool area was amazing. Andrea the host was brilliant, she was so kind and welcoming. Loved our stay here.

The location was great but a little far from Dubrovnik old town. Nothing a quick and cheap Uber ride or a bus ride couldn’t solve!

Andrea was an amazing host from day one. Friendly, knowledgeable about the area and always available to help. The location was excellent for us as a family. Close to the waterfront, beaches and good restaurants. Having the supermarket a few metres away was a bonus with fresh and warm bread every morning. The apartment was comfortable, clean and having the pool was fantastic for the children. If we return to Dubrovnik, we know where to stay. Thanks Andrea for everything.

Everything was very comfortable, well thought from the people who designed it. We only stayed 2 nights but we enjoyed it a lot. It was about 40 min walk from Old town and I recommend walking if you want to enjoy the city and not worry about where to park. I would love to rivisit this place.

Comfortable with enough space for our family to gather in the evenings. Well appointed rooms, everything you need and spotlessly clean, gorgeous pool area. Fantastic location, walking distance to beaches and restaurants, a well stocked shop almost on the doorstep. Far enough away from the madding crowds of the Old Town but just a cheap Uber Ride to get there. Andrea and her team were the most amazing hosts, really couldn’t do enough for us, the leaving gift was such a lovely touch! I would highly recommend the two bedroom apartment by the pool, it has the wow factor.
