Quiet neighborhood, good location and very comfortable home

We used this as base camp for Grand Canyon N Rim, Zion and Bryce. Enjoyed the town and hiking near by.

This vacation rental was amazing. The location was visually stunning and central to Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. The house had everything you could possibly need including paper towels, toilet paper, a cooler and ice packs, dishes, shampoo, soap...I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of things that were provided. The bed and linens were super comfortable. Everything about this house and our trip was perfect. It felt like home. We can't wait to go back!

We surely enjoyed our stay at Connie's place in Kanab. It is a gem and we would gladly stay there in the future. Just beautiful. Comfortable, great views and private. Great location.

The location of this sweet spot is ideal for exploring several National Parks, slot canyons, unlimited hiking! A great retreat to come home to after a long day exploring. Kids loved finding lizards in the yard, swimming and watching the stars at night.

Really enjoyed our stay here. It was a great place to relax after traversing all over to enjoy all the area has to offer.

We loved our stay at Connie’s in Kanab. It was a beautiful home and perfectly located for all of our day trips to the national parks. We had lots of fun in Kanab, especially on the Fourth of July. Connie’s home was amazing and we would highly recommend it as a home base for your Utah adventures.

It was a fantastic stay. The house had everything we could possibly need. The host was responsive. It was a fantastic location for us to visit Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, Zion NP and Bryce NP. At the end of the day we could chill out in a great neighborhood in a house that exceeded our expectations.

We stayed in Kanab for 5 nights at the beginning of June and this house was truly a home away from home. It is a fantastic place with awesome scenery around. We went to the Grand Canyon south rim on our drive into Kanab. While in Kanab, we visited Zion, Bryce Canyon, Peekaboo Canyon, and the Great Chamber. There were so many great choices of things to do that we wish we had more time. Everything we did was fantastic though. The owner was great with communication and very clear on everything we needed to know. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we hope to have an opportunity to make it back to Kanab in the future. I highly recommend this place!

Connie’s place was just lovely, and we really enjoyed our stay! It was in a great location with fairly close proximity to many parks.

Even though this home is in a neighborhood you do not realize that from the backyard. The views are beautiful and peaceful with lots of birds. The house is located on the corner of a cul-de-sac in a residential area. It was very quiet. The house has everything you need and is completely accurate to the listing. We used Kanab as our 'basecamp' for visiting Peek a Boo Canyon, Horseshoe Bend/Lake Powell/Glen Canyon Dam, Zion NP and Bryce Canyon NP. Plus the town of Kanab is charming with many great places to eat and some nice shopping. We would recommend this listing.

The house was perfect! The kitchen has great cookware and was well stocked. We cooked all of our meals in with the exception of one pickup order from Wild Thyme. We spent a lot of time on the patio and backyard. It's very quiet with a breath taking view. The neighborhood was really nice. There were great trails within walking distance. We flew into St. George and stopped into the liquor store there. They had a good selection of wine. The liquor store in Kanab has a better selection of wine than The Border Store in Arizona. It's best to get wine before arriving in Kanab if you appreciate good wine. The two grocery stores were fine, but if you want meat make sure to check out Kanab Custom Meats. They sell beef, chicken and fish. I think it is all frozen. They have great quality meats and could be easy to miss! They sell wholesale but also sell to the public. It was a great vacation and would like to do it again! It's a great place for hiking and relaxing!

Our family vacation was perfect starting with this wonderful desert oasis located on the edge of Kanab. This modern and well appointed house was exactly as it was listed. When we arrived it was just as we imagined set against a dramatic backdrop of towering red cliffs. When we entered the house it was nice and clean and spacious an had all the creature comforts we needed. The backyard offers guests a welcome splash of colors with the grass and plants contrasting the desert landscape. This wonderful home is located inside one of the premier communities in Kanab and is safe and very clean. Thanks Connie for sharing your home with us during our vacation.

The house was even better than we expected! The town on Kanab is adorable - such great restaurants and shops. And the location for day trips (Zion NP, Bryce Canyon NP, and Page, AZ were some we took) can’t be beat!!

The property is awesome- pictures and description are accurate! We loved this house- great layout, awesome patio with view of red rocks, master bedroom was spectacular. Connie was also great and very responsive. The house had everything we needed to cook at home and not have to eat out for every meal. The location was perfect. Close to Zion, Bryce Canyon and Page, AZ. We were too early in the year to see the North Rim of the Grand Canyon- but also not far away. Comfortable beds, very clean, location, house was perfect. Nothing but great things to say. The town of Kanab was very nice - good grocery stores and restaurants very near by. We didn’t spend much time in Kanab itself since we were out exploring and hiking, but appreciated having a grocery store within 5 min of the house and many great restaurants for dinners. Definitely recommend this VRBO - stop comparing and just book this one right now. Thank you, Connie, for sharing your house. We had a fantastic stay.

We were very comfortable and had everything we needed at this Kanab home. The kitchen is well-appointed. The rooms are spacious and easy to relax in. The second bedroom has a work area. The pool and hot tub were an added pleasure. Hiking is available everywhere, in town and out. It’s close to perfect!

This property was clean, comfortable and had a well stocked kitchen for cooking our Thanksgiving dinner. Loved the backyard patio view of the red cliffs. Stunning. Great location for accessing hiking/exploring the Kanab area and National Parks. Very quiet peaceful neighborhood. Will come back.

The house is just as pictured - super clean, super comfortable, & very quiet. It's a great place to relax and hang out for your down-days (hiking recovery days!) & evenings - full living & dining rooms, separate bedrooms, patio & firepit, books, games, & plenty of tv options. Fully equipped kitchen makes cooking & eating-in a dream. It's 1.5 hr from Bryce, 1 hr to Zion center, & 1.5 hr to Grand Canyon North Rim. Plentiful stock of local brochures & maps on-hand too! Great resources!

Outstanding property! We immediatly felt at home in this gorgeous house with an amazing view on red cliffs behind the house. It was well stocked and all we needed was there. Also the location, Kanab, is perfect for visits to Zion, Bryce, North Rim and Lake Powell/Antelop Canyon.

We stayed 2 weeks and explored in all directions around Kanab. Lovely home, great setting, house layout is good for 3 bedroom privacy, kitchen equipment good, peaceful back yard & patio w/impressive view of cliffs, wonderfully quiet, nice town. Will seek out again if we are able to return. Cedar Breaks monument, Zion, Bryce, Kodachrome Flats, Toadstool monument, Coral Pink Sand Dunes park and more.

The house! The neighborhood! Kanab, UT! All amazing! The house is in a peaceful, beautiful setting, with access to trails into a box canyon. The house is a perfect base of operations. It is well apportioned and met all of our needs and wants. Loved the fire pit; we cooked steaks and twice baked potatoes over the open fire. Yum! Easy access to so many adventures ~ Bryce and Zion Nat’l Parks, North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Paria Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, slot canyons galore!

This was the perfect spot for our family of six. We got to Zion, Bryce, and also did some local hiking. Great to come home to a pool after a day of hiking and house has gorgeous views!

I’ll try to make this short and sweet… The property was perfect for our little big family - we took our trip to Kanab in July 2022… Utah is probably the most beautiful state We’ve ever been to… Ms. Connie (property owner) was the sweetest and it was so easy to get ahold of her if/when we needed her… It was literally perfect! The views were amazing and everything was so convenient in town… P.S. The hot water work’s AMAZING.!!!!!!!!!!!

We had such a wonderful stay at this lovely house! The house is beautiful inside and out. The backyard is so peaceful and quiet and we really enjoyed spending early morning and late evenings out on the patio. The house had everything we needed- well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and enough space for 5 of us. The location is great. The La Estancia neighborhood is very pretty and friendly for walking. There are also two trails that start in the neighborhood which was fabulous for early morning runs. The pool area was a nice addition and my kids loved both the indoor and outdoor options. We also liked how close the house was to so many attractions and to the center of town. My only suggestions would be a griddle for the kitchen and some kind of dresser for the twin bedroom. I would not hesitate to recommend this house to friends and family! A really great place to stay!
