My family and I rented this place for Labor Day weekend and we’re attracted to it because of the location. There were two big problems with the property. First, the description says two master bedrooms and a third bedroom. There is only one master bedroom and it is not accessible to renters, which is on the top floor. The two bedrooms in the basement are far from masters. Second, there is no third bedroom. There is a hallway with built in bunks. Not a bedroom, no door and quite tight. Second, the ants were wild. There were ants everywhere probably because the patio doors would not fully close and are broken. Amazing location just not an accurate listing.

This is a beautiful home, very clean, and in a great location just off the H walkway. Layout is a bit strange with lots of stairs, but it worked for our family. The “beach butler” area in lower level is a nice touch. Huge kitchen and living area on upper level.

Enjoyed our stay but would have been nice to have a dresser in the second master bedroom downstairs. Very lovely place with the perfect location. We were there for a friends daughter’s wedding -only wish the weather had been nicer as rainy and cold for most of the time of our visit. Oh we’ll just have to come back I guess!

We visit Rosemary quite often, and this has been my favorite house we’ve stayed in. Absolutely stunning and so close to everything. Plus the property manager was amazing at communication!

Wow! The house was spacious and so nicely equipped. The location was ideal!! The home offered lots of privacy for multiple couples or families. We will rent this home again!!

great place for a Rosemary Beach vacation!

We had a wonderful time at the property. This gorgeous home is steps away from the beach, has a wonderful kitchen with everything you need to cook, and a great balcony where you can see the ocean . The entire first floor has beautiful white stone floors, with lots of stairs leading up to the second floor. The loft area with beds is great for younger children but is tight for adults. Overall, we loved our stay!

This home is as beautiful as the pictures would suggest, and we had a wonderful week-long vacation in June. Property management was great -- we had a couple of issues / questions to which the responded very quickly. The owners provide beach chairs and umbrellas in addition to some sand castle building toys -- all of these were nice touches and much appreciated, as we did not make beach chair reservations except for one day. Beds were phenomenal. We would love to stay in this home again in the future.

Location, Location, Location! Great spot in RMB and a very short walk to the beach and to the square. Great porches as well!

We loved everything about the house. The location on a quiet and tree shaded boardwalk that led straight to the beach was perfect. The house was beautifully decorated and absolutely immaculate!

This home provided the perfect location for our family getaway. The property is beautiful, executive chef kitchen with full amenities, open seating areas with seating on balcony to feel the ocean breeze. Would definitely consider staying at property again both for summer and winter getaway.

From beginning of rental process to the end of trip I was very pleased. Property was very nice and I felt like it was a great value for my spring vacation. Cheryl is a very competent person that I enjoyed working with. The home was beautifully kept and I had zero issues. The weather was simply amazing for our March trip and with our beach chairs set up daily I couldn’t have been happier. The sugar white sand and calm breeze made for the perfect beach day everyday!! My family and I enjoyed renting bikes, eating great food and shopping around. I can’t say enough nice things about the house, location and Cheryl!! I was truly happy with my stay!!

This was our fourth trip to Rosemary and second back to this home. Both were perfect. Full of fun, beauty, and relaxation. This home is the perfect location in Rosemary, so close to the beach, pool, and town center. It’s beautifully designed and maintained. We look forward to staying again next year.

This property is every bit as gorgeous as it looks. And convenient to everything, beach, good food, atmosphere. The large family kitchen/dining/living room was perfect and it truly was only steps away from the beach. We did have an issue -- the entire street (basically an alley) was removed while we were there. We had no notice that this was going to happen. Thankfully my husband moved our car before we wouldn't have been able to move it when we needed to vacate. We were, understandably, upset that we weren't forewarned about this issue. Property manager was very responsive. Found out that the owner had, in fact, communicated it to them and they had failed to give us adequate notice. Besides the car issue, construction started about 7 in the morning, so our kids couldn't sleep late (though they fought it). Also couldn't sit out and enjoy coffee on the porch because of the issue. But we couldn't hear the construction in our bedroom or in the great room upstairs, if the TV was on and no doors/windows open. We were assured where to park, then had a security officer come pound on our door late at night (past ten), telling us to move the car again, due to more construction in that area. We were given some money back, and that helped. If we had known, we'd have been able to decide if it was worth it to come and probably would have gotten a discount to come, so maybe the same result? (Depends on when notice was given, as you have less ability to adjust at some point). Unfortunately, this is the second time this year we've been hit with early morning, loud construction in a rental through VRBO, and not warned about it. I do think the ball was dropped here, and that it wasn't intentional. Also, the property manager reacted with care and thought, so that was helpful. I think we'd rent this again. Rosemary Beach was delightful, as was the property without the construction.

First time in rosemary beach and this place was the perfect location! The patio is amazing and just a 1 minute walk to the beach!

The location of the house could not be better, and we really enjoyed our stay at this home! Easy check in process and the home was in great condition. We particularly appreciated how equipped the kitchen was and the functionality of the living space. However, in hot and humid Florida conditions, the air conditioning (especially the lower level) was inadequate and unable over our 5-day stay to reach 70 degrees. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.
