This property is very well appointed, and located a few hundred metres back from the beach. It is about a 10 walk to Puerto Banus, and about 5 mins to San Pedro. There is a fabulous boardwalk along the beach. It is idyllic to sit on the top terrace and listen to the birds, and light breeze rustling through the palms. It is perfect for a restful break, this time of year and the grounds are very well maintained. The apartment was well equipped, with some sea views from the top terrace. We were a family of 6, and all rooms were en suite, which was ideal. The apartment was were clean, and had every utensil you could need. Esther was there to meet us, despite a late arrival, and we had her telephone no. just in case we needed anything. 5 Stars all round. I would highly recommend.

Spacious rooms. Spacious balconies. Comfortable beds. A nice environment for a family to stay.

Not walkable to anything besides the sea. cleaners don't really do a 5 star job. Amenities disappointing for 5 star rental. Check in took a long time. Also required all passports to be scanned with a lengthy form to be filled in.

it needs updates on maintenance

Lovely property in a small complex of similar properties. This top floor penthouse duplex overlooked the gardens and the sea and was ideally located for a stroll along the board walk to Puerto Banus. It was secure with access via camera entry. Garage parking directly below the apartment with lift access to the property. Really enjoyed the stay with my wife and two teenage girls. I would be more cautious about staying here with toddlers as the roof terraces have built in seats and planters which young children could easily climb onto or over with significant drops

No issues. I would say that the garden pond may harbour mosquitos as we got bitten quite a bit.

Location and size of property .

Some basic store cupboard essentials would be nice . The outside BBQ needs a coal grate to work properly.

The apartment was beautiful and very spacious with excellent loaction

The apartment block wasnt easy to move around (in and out, go to pool/gym) as it was a short stay (1 week). Needed to call security every time we entered/left block, sometimes security did not answer.
