The apartment is very clean, and the personal are so friendly.

The room is not big, but it is comfortable and nicely decorated, the guest is welcomed with sweets, coffee and tea. Parking is provided in a quiet and safe yard. Our hostess recommended us several restaurants for dinner, we chose a fish restaurant and the dinner was really great, fresh and tasty prepared. It's a pity that we stayed only 1 night.

Very nice and accommodating staff, we had a quad room which was two apartments connected so we also had two bathrooms. Very comfortable and clean rooms.

I thought breakfast was included but that was my mistake. There is coffee maker in each room with some snacks, which was great.

The room was compact but yet had everything we needed including air conditioning, coffee machine with pods and treats. There was a fridge located under the desk. The shower was good and the whole room was very clean. The staff were great, very helpful during our stay and gave good local suggestions.

It was a great location for the train station but was a good 20 minute walk into the centre of Varese. Also, there were some dogs barking early in the morning, it didn't bother me as I was up early anyway.

Really nice welcoming staff and immaculate rooms, with a big bowlful of snacks of all kinds which was a really nice thing to find after travelling. Great aircon much appreciated in 40 degree heat. Very comfortable altogether.

There was a great bakery next door and an ice cream shop, both of which were delicious, but otherwise the location is a 20-25 minute walk to the main attractions in Varese. No views from the rooms as they are around a courtyard, but the courtyard was also quite nice and peaceful.

Breakfast is just a basket of pre-packed items in your room. Wouldn't call that breakfast.

It said the apartment had AC and double beds, turned out it didn’t have neither. The staff (which was really nice and attentive) found a solution, but it should have been properly announced on booking, same with the parking (it didn’t say it should be booked in advance, and we almost found ourselves with no parking).

Great location, fantastic breakfast places right next door with good coffee. Comfortable and clean. Good security.

Air conditioning unit was quite loud.

The soundings where ok. Was very happy that the hotel had air-condition in the 35 degrees outside. The owner very kind and helpful. Good service with parking that was lucked during night free of charge. Very clean.

Breakfast was included. would NOT call it for breakfast.....sugary cakes in cellophane bags, croissant in another cellophane bags sorry but not eatable. Juice and water in the fridge and a little coffee machine that was ok. but to sit in the little room with this no hit. luckily there was a cafe just cross the rood with new baked rolls and chees and very good coffee. The room was VERY small but very clean.
