El hostel está bien ubicado si quieren pasear por las peatonales de mendoza, caminando un poco más también otros sitios turísticos. Cerca de un super y también de la terminal. Personal MUY amable y que explica todo con buena disposición. Tienen para jugar videojuegos y está muy bien equipado si les gusta relajarse un rato en la noche con clásicos o juegos más modernos. La cama muy cómoda, si traen muchas cosas lleven también un candado ya que las habitaciones disponen de lockers para guardar pertenencias 💖

Habían controles que no estaban cargados de la ps3, y uno que no le funcionaba el botón. Más que algo negativo, para que puedan revisar eso y funcionen sin problemas.

Staff( Félix, Javier, Leandro, Ana) and owners (julieta and Dario),,,they are all very friendly, accommodating and kind. Very near the bus station (15 minute walk), center (10 minutes), Parque de San Martin (30 minutes). Very good breakfast…eggs, bread, jams and homemade peanut butter by Dario, cereal, fruits, coffee and tea.

El lugar es muy céntrico y la zona segura, sobre todo porque siempre hay alguien en recepción para llegar o salir a cualquier hora. El ambiente es muy agradable, los chicos que atienden siempre muy buena onda. En cuanto a las habitaciones todo bastante limpio y ordenado. Es excelente para conocer personas.

Las instalaciones son algo antiguas, se podrían mejorar un poco, pero no es algo que afecte mucho a la experiencia.

The staff was AMAZING. 3 blocks from the “main” shopping district. Lots of cool shops and small kiosks nearby. Drop off laundry across the street that delivers!!! AWESOME. CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS. Shout out hello to Juli, “Johnny Darko” and Felix. Thanks for all your help.

There’s a little bit of street noise if you’re on the front of the building but to be expected in the city… right?

The staff is so helpful and friendly. And patient! Best breakfast I have had in a hostel ! Glad there is a fridge and kitchen for the guests. The bed in the private room was comfortable. At night it was quiet. No traffic to ge heard until 6-7 am. Even then, it did not bother me. Location is perfect. Staff helped me with booking two tours which were very good. Loved the pleasant atmosphere!

I know it’s really hard to keep an old, big building clean. However , I recommend; The bathrooms need to be scrubbed better. Too much dust on window sills in kitchen, bedroom, on night stands. More thorough cleaning. Some bathrooms are tiny .

The staff was amazing and super friendly! I felt very comfortable staying at Windmill, breakfast is awesome too - first time I found Vegemite anywhere in South America since leaving home 🥲

It’s really nice place to get to know people from all around the world the team is really nice and very good english speakers. Really recommended 😀

bathrooms could be a bit smelly, it’s all a bit loud and the beds aren’t the best quality. they don’t organise any events.

The beds in the dorm room were very comfortable- some of the best sleep we've had! We had a dorm of 4 and it was clean and had good sized lockers. There was aircon and a fan. The roof terrace is a really nice and peaceful place to sit, with a laundry line, table football, and sofas and chairs. You can buy beer and wine in the hostel and enjoy on the balcony which we loved. Breakfast was pretty good and the staff were friendly and helpful!

Bathrooms were small and dirty. At least one shower flat out does not work. The reception plays loud music until about 11pm which is really not needed (although a lot of south american hostels seem to do this) especially when many dorm rooms have doors right off the reception. Some light from the reception came through our door through the night although I personally didn't mind. Also no locks on the dorm rooms - so we put all our valuables in the (pretty spacious) lockers instead.

Great staff; very helpful with booking tours or giving you tips on how to do things in the area. They also like to organize people together to do certain activities. Pretty good breakfast and a great location as well

It gets pretty hot and their are only fans so sleeping can be tough, but not a deal breaker. The showers aren’t too great but they’re clean. Though overall the water situation can be tough in Mendoza.

the walls are really thin and while they do store your bags there is no locker its in the common area
