The apartment had everything that we needed - clean, quiet, great view with a central location. Marko and his father’s hospitality was excellent, they are excellent hosts and made us feel very welcomed.

At time of booking we didn’t fully appreciate how wonderful the location was. Just off the Fanari road but away from the bustle of Lassi so very quiet, apart from the distant sound of lapping waves at night. Also within an easy walk from the middle of Argostoli, via a steep climb over the hill, passing a couple of beautiful little old churches. We were just 15 minutes walk from the wonderful Kalamia beach, as well as a couple of restaurants. But ultimately we felt like we had this little bit of the island to ourselves. Mark, the host, was super friendly and approachable and made us feel very welcome, making sure his dad was there to meet us at the bottom of the hill when we rocked up at 11:30pm after our late-evening flight from Bristol. The apartment was typically simple, and no-frills, but was comfortable and had everything we needed. We were also kept entertained by our nearby feline neighbours who would visit us in the evenings.

The host was very friendly. He showed us around their garden, gave information about the island and brought is to the airport! They gave us olive oil from their own olive trees, and it was delicious. Everything about Seapine was lovely.

I would recommend Seapine studios to anyone who visits Lassi. Really quite but not too far from the city Center. Marko the host is really nice person it was a pleasure to know him. He helped us with a lot of things during our stay. Apartment was really clean and well equipped. View is great from the apartment.

the property was great located near argostoli but set aside in its own little oasis. it was quiet and there were lots of cute cats roaming around!

The studios are in just the perfect location - quiet and away from other properties; close to the beach and small coves - perfect for swimming or walking and running along the beach path. Easy to walk into Argostoli over the hill. The studio was perfectly clean, and Mark and his dad are wonderful hosts. Even drove us to the supermarket when we arrived in the evening, and gave us a lift into Argostoli one day. Helpful with suggestions of what to do locally too.

Small touches like some comfy chairs for inside the apartment, would make the place perfect!

The Seapine Studios is wonderful place to stay in seaside holyday. It is clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Marko is very kind and warm person. Beaches, restaurants, stores are accesible. Argostoli is nearby.

Peter and Marko are the perfect hosts and have created a wonderful and relaxing place to stay. We felt immediately at home. The studio flat was roomy and had everything we needed. Best of all a very comfortable bed. It was a joy to step out to the terrace and enjoy the peace and beautiful views. A perfect location as so much accessible by foot along quiet roads and footpaths - the beaches, Argostoli, restaurants shops that didn't require a car.
