The sundeck has awesome view.

Cash only. They didn't accept credit cards for payment and said "the ATM is only 20min away on foot". That's really inconvenient for customers (ATM fees. walking around with lots of cash etc).

The room looks newly renovated. Clean and tidy. Nice breakfast.

Shower design is bad - no shower curtain/anything to block the water. Water leaked out from the bathroom to our room. Location is ok (5-10minute walk to town centre). It is a bit far from the bus terminal.

I did not see group activities like playing sports leveraging incredible facilities.

Hostel was nice, I bet it's amazing place during season when it's warmer. Unfortunately I came to Pichilemu when situation with Covid-19 escalated so the town was even emptier, and people in hostel were leaving home, which made kind of sad atmosphere. But it must be great place under normal conditions. Swimming pool was clean and quite big, and the hostel is right on the beach!

Quite cold in the room

The welcome at the reception was great, especially Dani the Colombian was muy buena onda. I loved the view from the balcony and the big living room on top of the house including the kitchen. The place to get known to a lot of great people.
