Hyvä sijainti keskellä vanhaa kaupunkia,hyvä sänky,veden-ja kahvinkeitin,leivänpaahdin,vesipullo odottamassa.
Ulko-ovea vaikea löytää ensikertalaisen(syvennyksessä,ei talon numeroa.) Kadullepäin oleviin huoneistoihin kuuluu harvakseltaan ajavat autot aamuöisin. Asunnon oven läpi pääsee jos tönäisee. Naapurien äänet kuuluu selvästi.

The location and size of the apartment
The property was not clean. There was mould in every room. The sewage smell made it unliveable. The linens were stained and dirty. The coffee machine was not even emptied from the previous tenants. Accessing the property was a nightmare. The walls are paper thin so the apartment was extremely noisy. There were a large number of stairs to negotiate which is not disclosed in the description of the property. Any attempts to contact the booking agent were answered with a stock email and not helpful. We did not stay for the entire time we were booked.

The location is excellent, in the old city, near the Cathedral and other places of interest. It is easy to find and the key is left in a box with a code so check in and check out are facilitated. The accommodation has the necessary amenities: a private bathroom, a kitchen box, TV, air conditioner and a small balcony.
The water in the bathroom was very hot. There were not enough hangers in the room. The wi-fi signal was not strong enough.

The view across the Onya river from the balcony of apartment 41 made up for the 73 steps we had to climb to get up to this 4th floor apartment (no lift/elevator).
The musty smell coming from the air conditioner- I think the filters need a good clean!

Lovely quiet apartment in the oldtown, traditional Spanish accommodation with loads of character
Our apartment was top floor which meant lots of stairs but that wasn't a major problem

The hoster was very helpful, was in touch with us in order to inform us about the area, the way to enter the room, etc.
In spite of the fact we paid for cleaning services, there was the role to throw the garbage.
Also, there was smell of mold in the room.

The key supplied did not open the door and was found to be broken. it took an hour to obtain a spare key only after an unpleasant conversation with the agents. the shower mixer was not working and was scolding hot. The agency sent someone to check then arranged a plumber at a most inconvenient time, without sufficient notice. It was not fixed during our stay.The room was fully equipped but fixtures were shoddy.

The location of the flat and the view were top notch
The shower could have been cleaner, (previous occupants hair was stuck in shower tray.
More toiletries and toilet paper.
A fire extinguisher (poss Co2) or at least a fire blanket
The main light in the cieling needs to be put together properly so as not to short out.
The key code should have been sent BEFORE we arrived so we could at least have got into the flat before being strong armed into paying the tax in a noisy street

The location is great.
The staff/owner clearly did not care about their customer at all. Considering I paid over 200 EUR for 3 nights, they could have been nice and let me check in my accomoodation before asking me to pay 3 EUR tourist charge. But NOPE! They refused to give the keycode to check in and made me drag my bag around town just to pay them 3 coins!!! The WORST thing is, the accommodation is STINK of sewage from the showers and sinks drains! It stinks so bad I had to keep the door to the balcony open the whole time, even when its mean the below street is super noisy. At night when I had no choice, I would have to close the bathroom door and put towers on top of the drains to stop the smell, but this mean when I do need to use the bathroom, I had to open the door to the balcony + the bathroom for a while before I can use the toilet, as it smells so bad. I emailed them asking to check out early due to the horrid experience, but they refused and send a "technican" over, basically a man with a drain plunger, which did nothing to improve the situation.

We had to walk with luggage a few blocks and up stairs to get the key after having been told that someone would meet me to give me the key at the apartment. They wanted to know exactly when I would arrive and would wait only one hour--presumably at the apartment. After taking a taxi from the train station directly to the apartment (as suggested by them), I was then told that they would *not* come to the apartment but that I had to go to their office first to receive the key. Reaching them was no simple matter either. With luggage, we then walked down a street, over a bridge to the office where I received the key. When they told me they could not come to the apartment, I thought it was because there was only one person in the office, but there were two and one could easily have walked over sans luggage to give us the key.
Their reasons seemed to be the need for the 4Euros hotel tax, which, if it had been paid already, they would have given me a code to the lock box. My understanding was that it had to be paid in cash. Throughout this conversation by phone, this was never clear. Very frustrating because one of the two women at the office could easily have walked around the corner. Our lugging suitcases up stairs to find them was a drag. (For an accidental pun.)

Well, I got the call two hours before my check-in that the water boiler for my apartment was broken and therefore they upgraded my apartment to another one. It was freshly renovated apartment with brand-new furniture right in the city center. I was very happy and satisfied. I arrived on train and they even organized a free pick-up for me to get to the apartment. Unexpected and very kind gesture! The apartment was really great and I wish I could stay there more. 10 out of 10!
As the apartment was brand-new (according to the administrator, was the first person that stayed there) there were some very small things that they will definitely improve by time, Such as, missing cutting board, or some other very small issues that I cannot reduce my rating for. Thanks again!

Location is perfect but quite noisy during the night a few lorries passed .
The address shown on the site wasn’t accurate it said n. 12 (that’s a pâtisserie) it’s in fact n. 39 . Number 12 is the number of the flat on the first floor, left.
When we arrived around 5pm the room wasn’t ready, bed unmake and towels in a mess. We couldn’t get in touch with anyone on the telephone for ages and we got no answers from emailing. We had to wait and ask for help from a local person this took over 2 hours to be assisted. Then we had to wait till some one came to clean it, it was rather inconvenient since I was with a very old lady who needed to rest. We really feel we should be compensated for this inconvenience and lack of organisation.

Amazing location. Immaculate condition. Staff member we met always very welcoming (Same person both times we have stayed). Located dead centre of the old town, couldn’t ask for a better location for exploring on foot & on bike. Second stay here in different apartments (31&41) both excellent.

Very nice location in the beautiful center of Girona. The apartment is extremely well located and has a beautiful view on the river. It is close to all restaurants and and cafes.
It's just enough to survive. The cleaning service seems proficient despite the ants invasion in the kitchen and the smelly drain in the bathroom. There was almost nothing for cooking in the kitchen (the owner should be aware that aluminum doesn't work with induction stoves) but whatever, a single teaspoon is not enough for a two persons stay anyway.
The apartment door also didn't properly open, I had to unmount the front wheel of the bike each time. Not a big deal but that could become a bit annoying.
A better organization for the city tax could be nice, 2 emails and 1 call in 3 days were a bit annoying and pushy when you just enjoy your vacation (vacation are not made to answer to emails). I would have liked to receive a formal invoice then.

The only thing missing in the place was a comfortable seat. The fold-up seats were okay, but an armchair in a corner or something would be great.

On booking.com there were a range of images - obviously most were NOT of this apartment but of others in the same building. On booking.com it didn't indicate which images were for this apartment. Room was very small, no kettle, one hotplate so not really a kitchen, tiny bathroom
