Very good size and bright room with double beds and kitchen if feeling goes to stay longer with good value price. Like a good "American Motel" for short or long stays. And their restaurant next to it provides a very tasty breakfast at a reasonable price (must be booked at the reception as not part of the room deal)
We had a room facing above opposite the kitchen and the corridor had smell of cooking (maybe from a room or the kitchen) would be nice to improve their ventilation. But no smell in the room then it was alright

Very clean .. lovely hot shower tea and coffee.. fridge bed very comfy and clean

All the staff we encountered were very friendly and welcoming. The building felt very safe and secure. The spacious rooms were well equipped and and very clean. We had dinner in the new grill/bar which was delicious, well presented and very reasonable.

We liked the rooms, they had everything we needed.
We didn’t like having to walk past the bar and restaurant as they had drinks outside and it felt intimidating when they was all watching us.

Clean and compact studio room with all necessary equipment, nice and very clean beddings, well working access system (pass card) and independent access to the facilities.
The room assigned to us was located next to the plant room what caused constant noise overnight. It was coming by the wall so closed windows didn't help. DO NOT TAKE ROOM 19 if you want to sleep well.

The staff were friendly. The room was comfortable. Excellent parking. There were lots of local fast food options. Excellent restaurant within walking distance, The Milehouse.
Shower room had been cleaned with the door open ,so the floor behind the door had been missed.
Soap dispenser in the shower was empty.

The kitchenette was great for cooking our own meals. Price was within budget. Friendly receptionist.
The mattress was worn out with the springs squeaking and creaking and we could feel them all night! Definitely needs replacing ASAP. Window blinds insufficient to block out early morning light. Having to drag suitcases up 20 steep stairs.

quiet apartment, equipped with everything you need. 10 minuits from where we wanted to be.
There's no disabled facilities, we came with my mum and she had to walk up the steep stairs there was no lift, I didn't realise this when booking.

The staff were friendly and helpful.
Room smelt of cigarettes, people were sitting smoking and drinking on balconies. There were some odd people wandering around. Outside of building was dirty and we felt worried about leaving our car in the car park. It seemed there was going to be a band in the bar, this wasn't made clear when we booked, was going to be noisy! Decided to cut our losses and go. Refund refused and the unnecessary £50 deposit took ages to be refunded.

It was clean but not clean enough.. had everything you need was home from home
The bed !! Of all the hotels I've stayed in the bed was 2 single beds pushed together!!! Such a disappointment. My boyfriend had to go home as it was unacceptable.

The heating was on full when we entered the room and it was confusing to turn off.
leaving the window open resulted in the smell of weed- please look into this as it was very unpleasant.
