Beautiful hotel close to Abuja city but in a peaceful area. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds.

Even though everything is great, the best part of this Hotel are it's PEOPLE. They really lucked out in attracting people who provide top-notch services to customers, always polite, friendly, and helpful... emphasis on helpful. Thank you, Nordic Hotel Team... every time I visit, it is always pleasant because of you all.

Again... everything was great, but I would like to see more room services options.

The ambience, the green environment and the club

The location was a serene environment. Very neat and tidy. Food was delightful.

Breakfast buffer meshed with the reception for both incoming and outgoing guests' access. Small, untidy, and not benefiting for their minimum rack rates. There are no room consumable amenities for guests such as body lotion, dental kit, robes, and sleepers. Again, quite disappointing considering their rack rates.

Clean and updated, very comfortable beds.

The pool was closed for 3/4 nights and into the following week. The Manager wasn’t very accommodating to my requests. Wouldn’t stay again.

Rude and inhospitable staff Unreliable airport pickup and drop off cars and drivers Difference in pricing for items by different staff. No consistent prices for items like water. It felt untrustworthy. Late checkout rates kept changing depending on the staff we spoke to. Broken AC and was moved to a smaller room than original booked. There was a sense by the staff that they were doing us a favour by even moving us to a different room with a working AC.

I like the privacy, staff were nice and also the location.
