The room was lovely, very well equipped and cozy, perfect for our little trip to the Cotswolds.

Location to town was perfect. We had the big room with a king and. Stayed three days. Didn’t realize there was no lobby or extra room to hang out in .. but the room itself was good for two people.

too many pillows and room was absolutely red hot. there was Essentially 6 pillows on the bed for 2 person also the price for one person is slightly overpriced

Just the small bathroom, but you have to remember the age of the property!

Very nice crown molding and very beautiful chandelier. We really love the cute room and it’s nice amenities. It was a nice touch with the complimentary water and homemade fudge. The host was very responsive. The water pressure in the shower was good and the bathroom was very clean.

There’s no AC. It was very hot when we were there and the comforter was very thick so it was very warm. Also there is no elevator so you do have to climb a good amount of stairs.

Really comfy bed with soft sheets/bedding, lovely roll top bath, robes, slippers, Netflix on tv… loved it!

Location excellent and room cosy and comfortable. Was very clean and a small bottle of sherry on arrival was a good touch

Shower in room next door to room 5 was very noisy...not a problem but somebody did have a shower late at night . Noisy water pump ??

room was small and bathroom across landing ( which we knew about when we booked) was a bit inconvenient - would have liked an earlier entrance and later stay - it seems these days you pay a lot for a very short stay in a room ( but this seems to be everywhere now) and I don’t think it is fair that you have a room for such a short amount of time

the shower did not have the hot or cold symbol on and no matter which direction the handle was turned the shower stayed cold!

Ideal position, close to all amenities.

We had the room at the front, ground floor,we had to keep the wooden shutters closed.

The Viktoria House is just in the middle of Stow-on-the-Wold, which is great! The room was small, but beautiful and clean. The house is unattendant, but everything worked really well and the cleaning of our room was fine.

The WIFI-signal was often low, which makes it difficult to look things up etc.

secure, clean, convenient, and our room was on the ground floor, essential for my wife. arrangements for our stays (several in recent years) are easily made and the personal contacts with Aleksandra are unfailingly helpful and cordial. Car parking is easy and convenient although Stow is a very busy place in summer.

The main road can be noisy at certain times but it hasn’t been a problem during our stays.

Decent sized room, bathtub in the room. We stayed during the heatwave and to our own fault, couldn’t work out how to open the windows. Comfortable, large bed. Parking outside is operational Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, 2 hour stay maximum. Right in the heart of Stow, excellent location. Clean and modern toilet. Good value for money.

Very strange when you walk in but the room was very comfortable and well equipped. Can't rate the staff as there are none.

Nothing really

The accomodation was very clean and had everything you need for a short stay. The location was fantastic, so close to everything .The person at the end of the phone was very helpful when I had not seen the email with entry instructions as I didn't have email on my phone.

The room was very small.

Contactless check in worked fine. They emailed us a code for the front door and room the day before we checked in.
