My room had a lot of stains: on the walls, on the curtains, on the bedside table. Given the amount you pay and the way the hotel presents itself, you'd expect better cleaning standards. That the hotel cannot provide a fully equipped gym is understandable, but dumbbells heavier than 10 kg would be nice to have. I had asked for only one cleaning during my 5 night stay, but on one day, on which they were not supposed to clean my room, the cleaners knocked on my door and immediately entered. Then realizing their mistake they apologized, but I still find it unacceptable for cleaning staff to just enter the room the second they stopped knocking.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. We didn’t use the restaurant/bar for breakfast but it looked lovely with nice staff. A Large bathroom was lovely. Very large bed with blackout blinds. Air conditioning was good but the touch controls a little tricky to operate. Good to have English channels on TV. Reasonable utensils in kitchen including cafetière and kettle. Useful to have a washer-drier in the room. Rooms were nicely cleaned everyday which was offered at reception. We liked the location which was close to shops and old town. Felt very safe. Overall a lovely stay

The washing machine door was broken as people obviously try to open the door before it’s totally finished. However maintenance fixed it quickly. It would be good if operating instructions were left for combination microwave/oven but we managed to operate the microwave. However I doubt they’d be in English so I guess it’s easier to ask receptionist. I found the bed a bit too firm but my daughter was comfortable.

Location is perfect, room is comfortable and quiet, personal is very helpful, all historical points is close to apartment.

Air conditioning not very effective and had to ask for Tea bags, only 2 left for us for a 3 day stay.....

the location was perfect and I love that the room had a kitchenette that we were able to cook some meals too.

the housekeeping staff did not come for 3 days in a row even when we had the sign on the door to please clean the room. we never went to breakfast there and upon checkout the staff was trying to charge us for going to breakfast but we had never used the breakfast services

Spacious rooms with all the facilities a traveller needs- kitchenette, washing machine, great bathroom and a comfortable lounge. Plus windows you can open ( not all hotels offer that ). Wonderful staff, a delicious breakfast and a really fantastic location.

Great location in the center of the city, near the main railway station. Hotel room equipped with all necessary amenities including coffee machine, washing machine with dryer and also many cooking supplies and accessories. The room was big enough with the modern design furniture. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. And all of that has a very nice price!
