Estabelecimento novo, quarto bom e amplo, com uma localização muito próxima à rua principal. Muito bom!

Em meu nome, fiz a reserva de dois quartos. Tínhamos feito um pedido com antecedência de mais de 15 dias para que um dos quartos fosse no 1° andar (para não ter que subir escada) e nos foi confirmado. Ao chegar lá, os dois quartos eram no 2° andar. Foi até oferecido a mudança para o 1° andar, mas o casal que estava comigo já tinha se acomodado lá e não quis ter o trabalho de mudar. Gostei muito da estadia mesmo assim, mas esses detalhes logo quando se chega, tendo uma expectativa do que foi pedido, não é legal.

we loved the location and the apt set up, it had everything that our family needed. Will at the front desk was the nicest person, always ready to help and very professional.

My only complaint is that I got a room that can fit 6 people, and we had 4 at the beginning with the intention of adding two more for the weekend and we got charged extra for the 2 people, but we were not offered extra bedding or towels for the 2 people. For example, we are now at another place that it’s for 8 people and does not charge by the amount of people in the room as long you don’t pass the max number of 8.

Exceptional experience! The location is 1min from the main street away and its still quiet for sleeping. The apartment offers everything you need, kitchen, comfy bed, large bedroom, big balcony and an amazing rooftop. Laundry service is amazing - they collected my stuff and returned it the same day for a very fair price. The staff is super cool, kind and helpful. You will love it, one of my best stays i ever had.

A bit too pricey for brazilian standards, but you get what you pay for :)

there was a check-in nightmare where they didn’t want to honor the reservation on booking.com and even though I prepaid, they didn’t believe me until they had copies of the front and back of my credit card, a copy of my drivers license and had me fill out a form and sign it. I have never had such an experience checking into a prepaid hotel before and I am now fearful that my credit card number will be compromised. no hotel needs to take copies of the front and back of my credit card and my drivers license, especially when the room has been prepaid. the only reason that I can imagine for the hotel doing this is to have adequate information to use or sell my credit card information fraudulently. it took more than an hour of arguing before they gave the key to the room.

do not go if you expect a « charming » place, but it is efficient and comfortable
