A estrutura é muito boa e bonita. Tudo muito limpo e bem agradável.

Senti falta de uma conveniência mais próxima do mar., da mesma forma um quiosque para petiscos próximo da praia.

great location, very nice pools and size of apartment was good beach was awesome not a lot of venders, big umbrellas and chair just for the hotel use. warm water and good wether.

apartment was little dirty with cobwebs around and dirty dishes in the cabinet we had to wash them again. the company who manage the resort is not part of the staff it’s actually another company who does that from far all through app called WhatsApp. WhatsApp was not operating for 48hrs so I was with no communication with the resort for awhile. They sent to me a contract which they call “regimento” which says that I could have two cleaning on disclose 106 (‘em português artigo 106) however when I asked about it they said that I had to pay for those cleaning even though it says in the contact the opposite. when I argued about it they did not further information so they gave me two numbers (I guess from the lobby) which I called several times but no answer at all. it was my vacation so I didn’t want argue anymore so we cleaned the apartment by ourselves. number of towels very restricted ( we have to pay for extra towels) no toilet paper, no sponge or soap to wash the dishes no rugs. bathroom were ok however a lots of mold in the shower between tiles. even though they ask to wash and clean everything before we go. we had no supplies in order to do so. They left a cooler which was nice due the hot weather however when I tried use it I noticed it was broken so after I set up all the ice, beverages in the cooler I had to put everything back in the refrigerator and Abort my ideia. it wasn’t a bad experience but I don’t know if I will came back.

The resort is really well located. Carneiros is not a place with so much structure, but the resort have a good restaurant and direct access to the beach. The pools are really great too. The internet in the apartment was good. Suggestion: get a bungalow, it's much better than the apartments.

In a first look, it appears to be a good apartment. But the floor was a little bit slippy when we arrive. Apparently it's a bad cleaning product. Also there was some infiltration in the wall of the living room. Only free to air TV available. The flat was ok, I booked for 6 people but was lucky the other 4 didn't go. It wouldn't be comfortable to have 6 people there. The pillows were not comfortable, we only had 2 towels available (which is not sufficient for a beach place). I asked for a hair dyer and an iron (I brought 110v ones), but they couldn't arrange me them. The main street to get to the resort is really bad. Tip: accelerate the car. It's much better than go slowly.

Is close to the beach, the owners were communicative, the apartment is comfortable, air conditioned in both bedroom/living-room

The internet was bad, the space in the kitchen is so small, the main door looks broken

The whole property is very good. The swimming pools are the highlights of the trip. And the Beach is perfect, feels like a paradise.
